We visited the imperial Hotel in Delhi for the second time after 15 years with our family of four and we had an amazing time. Beautiful hotel, impeccable service (staff always ready to do the extra mile), excellent luxury facilities. The asian restaurant of the hotel 'Spice Garden' is one of the highlights and not to be missed!

Excellent! All staff in Hotel particularly Vikas and Damini in Imperial Lounge could not have been more courteous and helpful, food and drink in hotel equally superb. Cleanliness and hygiene 100%! This was a wonderful introduction to Delhi and India!

Delhi is not an easy city - the traffic and the pollution makes things a bit complicated but staying at the Imperial made my first days in India fabulous. I had a Perfect 3 nights stay in this super elegant and sophisticated hotel. Staff, facilities, food, amenities - everything really good! The breakfast is a must! Make sure to sit at the veranda. Pretty old school yet up to date. Had a “iconic massage” last night at the spa and I highly recommend as well.

We have been staying at this remarkable place for over 20 years, and it continues to be our favorite hotel in the world! We usually stay at small boutique hotel wherever we travel, but This Five Star hotel is able to pull off the unthinkable: give us a boutique hotel experience with its dreamy 'historic and local decor' interiors, and 'family-like' customer service. The latter is attributed to how ALL the staff - from the Amazing Senior Executive VP Louis Sailor, to the exceptional Room Manager, Prabhneet Kaur and her team, to the ever charming Head Chef Phillipe, to 1911 restaurant manager Anoop and the entire team, to all the restaurant staff at The Atrium and Spice Route, to Room Service and Housekeeping, to the pool staff - seem to truly enjoy working there! All the staff try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It's tough to leave because of this AND the outstanding food! All this contributes to the feeling that The Imperial is our New Delhi 'home' away from home...

Tonight was our last night at this amazing hotel. Thank you to all of the staff you have been so welcoming and friendly . The standard of amenities and customer service surpassed our expectations. A special thanks to the 1911 bar staff Yogesh and his team , some of the best cocktails I’ve had so far and a lovely relaxed but refined atmosphere in this beautiful bar .
