A great Experince
In every sense The Lodhi Hotel was truly a great experience from an excellent property with a great ambience and comfortable rooms to smiling and ever helpful staff. The amenities were amazing with great restaurants and an excellent cigar lounge

Held hostage to pay a bill we didn't owe!
This could have been a 5-star review.. So sad. We booked through the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts program, which comes with added perks, including a $150 spa credit to be used during the stay. We asked about booking an appointment while there but were told there were no slots available. The woman at the front desk said that maybe instead we could use the credit at the salon. She would call about availability and then call our room. We got a call later from her saying that indeed the salon was available, and to make up for not being able to use the credit at the spa, we would be given 30% off the salon bill. We used the salon ONLY because of the credit we were told we could use there. Then at checkout, they did not remove the $150 credit from the salon bill. I pointed out this mistake, then they said they never said that, and they couldn't do anything. After arguing for a while, I said, Well, this is not going anywhere, but I don't agree with that charge, so I'll speak with the credit card company. So I went to leave (our driver and tour guide were waiting in the car for 15 minutes at this point), but they BLOCKED THE EXIT AND WOULDN'T LET US LEAVE! They literally held us there hostage until I signed the paper for the bill for the salon, which I never agreed to be charged. The hotel is beautiful, the food was good, and it's such a shame that they couldn't make any accommodation for this easy-to-fix mistake!

Great stay in the Lodhi hotel
The stay was amazing, we had a wonderful stay at the lodhi hotel. The staff is amazing as are the rooms and the facilities. I would definetly come back next time. Sneha is great at the lobby, such a great welcoming to Delhi and to the hotel…………..

Amazing service at ELAN restraunt
Saurabh was very nice in serving and his hospitality was amazing . The food at the restaurant was also amazing .ambience was very good … all the employees are good , food is very tasty , , amazing variety.Must visit place , it also has vide variety of dishes to choose from

Beautiful place , service was excellent. Sneha and farhana and the reception desk were extremely sweet and helpful. The food was tasty and it was on time. I had a great experience overall and I can’t wait to come back soon. The pool was elegant and classy and the gym was phenomenal
