Great service but cramped bathroom and small hotel room size
Top notch hospitality. The only issue was the room size. You expect a bigger room and most definitely at-least a medium sized washroom while shelling out 25k. Everything else was great. Smooth check-in and check-out, the in-dining services were also wonderful.

Exceptional Hospitality in the Heart of Delhi
We stayed just one night at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi, and it was unforgettable. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was luxurious and immaculate, and every detail was perfect. Breakfast was outstanding — a wide, delicious spread with impeccable service. Even in a short stay, the Taj’s charm, elegance, and world-class hospitality truly shone through. Highly recommended!

beautiful, well-located, and clean
This hotel is pricey, but so worth it. We got the club room upgrade, which not only includes breakfast every morning, but also teatime and cocktail hour in the exclusive lounge on the eighth floor. It’s an exceptionally well-appointed hotel. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. There was a smart TV, so we could log into our netflix account, and the air-conditioning worked well. There’s a kettle and coffee/tea, etc., plus a mini fridge. Everything worked well in the bathroom, with a nice spacious shower and good water pressure. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion all provided. The bathroom could use more hooks though – bathrooms in hotels never have enough hooks 😉 Breakfast was a buffet of cold items like cereal, yogurt, croissants, pastries, toast, etc., and then you could order from the menu for your hot items (eggs, idli, waffles, etc.). Food was excellent. The only downside is that the restaurants are exorbitantly expensive – like ludicrously expensive for india . . . definitely worth ordering an uber and going out into the various neighborhoods of the city for dinner. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it looked wonderful as well. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also, they weren’t trying to sell us packages or tours all the time, which was really nice.

Royal, overwhelmed, content, comfortable stay
Mansi had been the dedicated staff who got us through every step of the way while we stayed and made it royal. With a staff like Mansi you wish to come back again and again for this royal treatment. We had got the best suited which had hi tea, lovely and large spread of breakfast with cocktail

Amazing hotel with great staff
Excellent hotel, with amazing staff. Helpful with everything. The lounge staff were so good, they really went above and beyond especially with the kids and our dietary requirements. Shenki , Jenny, Satinder and Aashi all have great customer service skills. The concierge team were also very efficient. Great location, very close to Bangla Sahib Gurdwara (5 mins in a taxi).
