The valet team was incredible—quick, courteous, and attentive. They made parking completely hassle-free, and my car was always ready right on time. He request app made it very easy to get my vehicle. Give Richie his review points that he earned!

The valet service at the was excellent! The team was friendly, quick, and professional, making it so easy to come and go. My car was always ready promptly when I needed it. Richie was great and I appreciated the hard work these guys do for everyone!

I’ve been at the Cottonwood numerous times this fall and every time the service is exceptional! The valet team, Jon S in particular, is great. He was super quick and responsive. All employees I’ve interacted with in other areas of the hotel have also been very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at the Kimpton Cottonwood in Omaha! The hotel’s unique vibe/atmosphere, friendly staff, and seamless valet service with Richie and Sam made it exceptional. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience if you’re in Omaha.
