A place where you can spend your time in a good mood
It is a very nice hotel located in Nakanoshima. A glass of wine in the lobby lounge is a very special and refreshing experience. In particular, the service of HAN GYUL KIM, F&B Supervisor, is very delicate and touching. You recommended my preferences carefully, and I felt very good from beginning to finish. Thank you very much. I look forward to seeing you again

Another amazing stay at the Conrad
We stay here every time we visit Osaka. There's 5 star, and then there's 5 star "in Japan". These folks run a top notch operation, and ensure that every need is met and then exceeded. Even with staff turnover, the new folks never miss a step. Breakfasts are fantastic, pool and gym are the best, and the views.... This time, we met Valentino Sebic, and he really went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. His crew really took care of us, and made sure that our afternoon teas, and our time in the executive lounge's cocktail hour were unmatched. I've been told there's a new GM, the week of our arrival. My best advice to him: Don't change a thing! Your staff from the front desk to the cleaners to the restaurants to the bell staff are all remarkable folks. Cheers to another excellent visit!

Brilliant hotel, stunning views
Beautfiul hotel on upper floors of skyscraper - views when you exit the lift are knock-out! Fab, spacious rooms, beautifully appointed. Public areas all have views - including the pool and the gym! First time in Osaka but should we ever be back we would absolutely come back here. Loved everythng about it.

A very well appointed property supported by a great staff
Having stayed at multiple Conrad’s around the world, I had high expectations for the Conrad Osaka. The property is wonderful. From the beautiful lobby/atrium to the various F&B outlets. The room is generously sized and well appointed though I do find having the separate powder in the front a bit awkward. Location is very convenient, with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel to take you to Osaka Station as well as a couple subway lines all within walking distance. Breakfast is satisfying with a wide range of choices and delicious egg dishes to choose from. What shines most for this property is the staff from the warm and friendly greetings from everyone to standouts like Yukiko-San, who has been so kind and great and Jaeyoung, who super helpful in sorting out the small housekeeping kinks.

Fantastic! Not cheap but worth it. Great views, great room, great service, great breakfast. A must stay place in Osaka. Great teppanyaki. Clientele well heeled and the very few children there were absolutely delightful and well behaved.
