Had a wonderful time in W Osaka. Stayed for 3 days. Housekeeping did a wonderful job our room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. as were departing my son got sick from the cold I was frantic but Nikita quickly helped us with our luggage to be sent to our next hotel he answered all my questions and put me at ease. He speaks very good english. You can see his genuine concern for my son. I was so happy when our luggage arrived in the afternoon. Will definitely be back again.

WONDERFUL W Osaka
This is a hotel where you can feel the Christmas in Osaka. It was nice to always be able to see the Midosuji illumination. The treatment for Bonvoy elite members was also good. I would like to thank Misaki and Songhui Seo who sincerely helped me check in.

Excellent service
After the Osaka St. Regis made a disaster of My reservation, and were very challenged by every question, I hung-up and called the W. I dislike the night club like atmosphere and the “super cool” people with their selfie sticks but the staff went out of their way to make my stay amazing. I’ll 100% be back on my future visits to Osaka. I still love the St Regis brand, just avoid the Osaka St Regis. If your Ambassador level, it still doesn’t make their sales or reservation team any more competent. Spare yourself the pain and frustration. The Westin is another good choice for Bonvoy in Osaka but different neighborhood.

Great staff Ms Shiori
Overall the hotel exceeded our expectation It has nice view, beautiful deco and good service. We are very impressed with Ms Shiori She was super helpful , energetic and always with a friendly smile. She definitely deserves a five stars. We look forward to come back to W soon .
