Great Christmas Stay at W OSAKA
We were so happy to spend Christmas Eve at W OSAKA in 2024. During breakfast, we asked the restaurant staff to pack us some bread, and the thoughtful staff member, Ms. Nao Fujimoto, drew a lovely Christmas tree and blessing on the bag. This was one of the best and most special Christmas greetings we've ever received. We also had taken pictures with Ms. Nao using camera and Polaroid. Unfortunately, we couldn't find her business card in time to send the photos to her or upload them here. We were truly sorry and regretful about no sending the photos to Nao then. However, we just found her name card with the QR code in a compartment of our suitcase, so we're uploading the photos now, hoping Ms. Nao can receive them! Super Cool hotel and great service! Lucky enough to spend 5 nights here including NYE. The concierge prior to arrival was fantastic with some celebratory requests exchanged through emails. Sumin Park at the W Welcome Desk was extremely considerate and kind understanding our need to exchange a gift we won at their NYE party. Excellent location and easy to walk to Dontonbori and Shinsekai. Beautiful views; clean hotel; excellent service; and comfortable room. You should not be disappointed here!

Hip & Trendy Hotel Stay
Our experience at the W Osaka was definitely one for the books! The hospitality involved in acknowledging our honeymoon was incredibly thoughtful. We were checked in by Rin Nagai who was kind and offered complimentary drinks in the evening the first night of our stay and informed us of the hotel happenings. Upon entering our room, the staff left us a W Osaka branded balloon, some macarons and fruit, welcome and happy honeymoon written cards, and a candle with the hotel’s signature scent. It was incredibly thoughtful and generous and we appreciated the efforts in making our honeymoon stay special. Aside from the welcome, the view was of the city and the room was hip and fun with just enough room for us to maneuver around with our luggage. We hope to visit Japan again in the future and would love to visit and stay at W Osaka again.

Fabulous hotel!!
Fantastic hotel!! Hotel staff so friendly. Breakfast so fresh and so many choices. Beds just amazingly comfortable and rooms clean with fantastic views of the city. Great location too to visit local shopping areas and popular areas. Will definitely go back again!!

Very Good Hotel in A Great Location
W Osaka is a very nice hotel in the heart of Osaka. Located just about 1-2 kilometers away from Dontonbouri. The staff is super friendly and special shout out to Nikita who went out of his way to help us when he could. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is a little more on the trendier side and geared towards a younger-ish crowd, but is definitely a nice hotel for all ages. We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying again.
