The perfect way to wind down - staying at W Osaka, a hotel designed by Pritzker-Prize-winner Tadao Ando. I’d like to say that a drink I grabbed at the bar is pretty tasty and an exquisite service by my countryman Pat who has a considerable expertise in drinks and very obliging.

Mydo and W Osaka - Bravo!
Our family had a teppanyaki dinner at Mydo at the W Osaka. Chef Haneda was very friendly and fun and made the entire dinner experience enjoyable and not to mention the delicious and beautifully presented meal we had! Our waiter, Kazuto, was equally friendly and fun and made the entire experience very enjoyable. They were extremely flexible and accommodated allergies and dietary restrictions well. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice teppanyaki experience in Osaka. Would also highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful properly and wonderful, friendly and helpful staff!

Chic and comfortable! Could be more family-friendly
This is the most artfully designed W I've stayed at to date. Staff was by and large friendly and helpful; amenities were plentiful; and the breakfast buffet earned our 5 stars. The downside for us: we were not made aware, until too late, that minors (under age 16) are only allowed in the pool for a mere 3 hours in the middle of the day. This should have been communicated to us during booking and/or check in, as we were obviously traveling with children.

i have stayed in W in many locations but this was by far the best experience hotel team hospitality was top notch from perfect checkin by Rie Zhu to daily connection at various occasion was very pleasant hotel is beautifully decorated in a very central location and for us was perfect for last 2 day in Japan

Great Christmas Stay at W OSAKA
We were so happy to spend Christmas Eve at W OSAKA in 2024. During breakfast, we asked the restaurant staff to pack us some bread, and the thoughtful staff member, Ms. Nao Fujimoto, drew a lovely Christmas tree and blessing on the bag. This was one of the best and most special Christmas greetings we've ever received. We also had taken pictures with Ms. Nao using camera and Polaroid. Unfortunately, we couldn't find her business card in time to send the photos to her or upload them here. We were truly sorry and regretful about no sending the photos to Nao then. However, we just found her name card with the QR code in a compartment of our suitcase, so we're uploading the photos now, hoping Ms. Nao can receive them! Once again, thank you to W OSAKA and Ms. Nao Fujimoto for the thoughtful hospitality! – From S&W in Shanghai, China
