What an awesome vacation
This hotel is excellent! So many things you can walk to in a VERY safe area. The staff , pool and beach are outstanding. In particular the staff at the regency club. Jacqueline, Rowena and Ligia make you feel right at home and provide excellent service. not only greeting you, offering recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Giovanni who cares for the birds was such a pleasure to talk to. Do the animal ambassador's tour. So many people we met were repeat visitors,, some of several years! and we know why...we hated to leave ..but we WILL be back! Love it. K&L

Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency
We stayed 5 nights and had a fantastic time. Staff went above and beyond! Regency Club was worth the upgrade. Day beds were provided complementary due to construction by the adult pool area. Provided 2 complementary drinks for celebrating our birthday. Pizza was amazing! Can not say enough great things about this resort.
