The Reef House

Brilliant staff, gorgeous pool areas and wonderful inclusions. My sister and I had a fabulous time at Reef House - we loved to food and all the added extras - we would book to stay again in a flash! Thanks to everyone there for making our trip super special.

Our stay was amazing from upon arrival with our welcome Gin to then our platters and champagne complimentary , The room wast beautiful and the bed was super comfy. Our dinner and breakfast was first rate with the staff knowledgeable about dietary restrictions, the service was spot on and the food, it was so tasty and cooked to your liking. I loved the Reef House and we will be back.

My husband and I spent 9 nights at the Reef House and it was absolutely sublime. The level of service was 'spot on' and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff that work there. All of the staff were amazing from the garden and maintenance staff to the front desk and baristas/wait staff. A particular thank you and mention to Michelle (the front desk extraordinaire), Ondrej (sensational Barista) and Cedric (best front concierge)!! When leaving yesterday, we felt that we were leaving our family and we cannot wait to return. The Reef House is incredibly special and made that way by the fantastic staff. We were here for 5 nights as a birthday surprise and had the most lovely stay. Hotel is an older colonial style property and as such dont expect glitz and marble, but rooms were comfortable and tastefully furnished and decorated with all the amenities required. My only quibble was with the bathroom which needs a doube sink and stand alone shower please - luckily we are small people - dont know how a taller person would manage with the over bath showerhead...but apparently bathrooms are all getting a makeover so that will sort out that !!! Service, led by Cedric the Guest Concierge, was faultless..nothing was too much trouble and all staff went out of their way to oblige - very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your holiday a happy one. The added inclusions are a treat with sorbets by the pool, cocktail making classes, spa treatments, wine appreciation...and restaurant food was delicious. A relaxing and enjoyable few days being spoilt in an oasis of calm. Highly recommend.

To say we felt valued is an understatement, the treatment we received is what you get from old friends. From the moment we were welcomed into the retreat, to the day we left we didnt have to do anything, the staff are kind, corteous and professional.
