The Peninsula Paris

I had high expectations for my visit to The Peninsula Paris, but unfortunately, my experience at the lobby café was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I felt discriminated against and subjected to racist behavior during my visit. Despite the availability of several free tables, the individual in charge of reservations refused to seat me, speaking to me in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. His attitude was unprofessional and entirely unbefitting of the hotel’s reputed standards. Seeking resolution, I approached the reception and requested to speak with someone in charge. However, the reception staff failed to send a food and beverage manager or duty manager to address my concerns. Instead, an assistant manager of one of th resturant eventually came to speak with me. While he apologized for the incident, his apology felt insincere, and he handled the situation poorly. Despite promising to resolve the issue, there was no meaningful follow-up or action. This experience has left me feeling unwelcome and disheartened. Racism and discrimination have no place in any establishment, let alone a luxury hotel like The Peninsula. The management team appeared ill-prepared to address such a serious issue, reflecting a lack of proper training and accountability. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until significant improvements are made in staff training and management accountability. No one should feel judged or discriminated against based on their appearance or background when visiting any establishment, let alone one that claims to offer a world-class experience.

The restaurant's creative menu surprised us with local flavors, and the bar's ambiance was perfect for unwinding after long days. The fitness center and spa facilities were state-of-the-art, and the staff's knowledge of the area helped us discover hidden local gems.

Stepping into this hotel felt like entering a peaceful oasis. The sophisticated decor and calming atmosphere instantly melted away our travel stress. The beds were heavenly comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. What really stood out was how quiet and serene every space felt, despite being fully booked.

Just got back from a fantastic time at the Peninsula Hotel in Paris. Everything was absolutely perfect. The place is beyond gorgeous and the staff is beyond anything I've experienced before. Everything and I mean everything about this place is great it's beautiful, it's a great location to see all the sites and the staff is as friendly as you could imagine. We went for our anniversary and boy did they treat us great... roses, candles, and chocolates it couldn't have been nicer . We'll be staying here every single time we go to Paris no need to look for anything else!
