This is an extraordinary hotel. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood in Central Paris very close to the Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champs-Élysées, however you can’t hear a peep anywhere! It’s situated in an elegant, upscale neighborhood, but just steps away from the action for when you then want it. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, but not suffocatingly exclusive; it’s amazing how they’ve achieved this mix. Excellent, fully-equipped gym and beautiful Spa with incredible steam and sauna. I’d be hard-pressed to find better service at any of the similar hotels that I’ve stayed at throughout my lifetime; rivaling even a fairly recent stay at the Mandarin, Oriental, Ritz in Madrid. Special mention to Myriam in Front Office, we had two separate stays over this two-week Europe tour and she took the lead and oversight and did her best to ensure that everything was perfect for us. She is amazing! Also Guillermo in the Engineering Dept- who assisted us with an AC issue and was a delight. But everyone was beyond amazing- genuinely warm and caring. It’s evident that Peninsula has a superior guest training program. Absolutely extraordinary!

Our family of four recently spent four delightful nights at the Peninsula Hotel in Paris this February 2025, and every moment was memorable - our kids will remember this trip for the rest of their lives. The hotel is a big part of the reason why. Despite our flight cancellation delaying our arrival by 24 hours past check-in, the staff jumped into action—greeting us by name and ensuring we felt at home immediately. Our room was one of the nicest we've ever experienced, featuring an oversized king bed, a personalized welcome for the adults, and a charming array of toys for the kids—including Peninsula bears embroidered with our daughters’ names. Every detail spoke of thoughtful luxury including a recent family photo in the room. The hotel’s service extended well beyond the room. They expertly arranged family-friendly activities, from a scavenger hunt at the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower to a fun purse-making class for our 10- and 7-year-old daughters. The breakfast service was excellent, and we loved unwinding with a drink at the stylish bar off the lobby. On special evenings, the Rolls Royce Phantom house car made a memorable entrance as we rolled to dinner at Kapara. The concierge’s dinner recommendations truly delivered. For families, I’d recommend a sit-down lunch at Le Petite Luteria, and we also enjoyed outstanding meals at Miznon in Montmartre and Ru Des Falafel. A kid friendly dinner was the Pink Mamma. In every interaction, at least five team members remembered our names, reinforcing the personalized and attentive service that defines the Peninsula experience. This hotel is a perfect blend of luxury, thoughtfulness, and family-friendly charm. Highly recommended! Some of the hotel staff were: Nicolas Dupont, Itzar Garcia and Jeremie Toledano.

Beautiful experience for Christmas 2024. All of the staff were amazing, sweet and professional. Flowers in our room, fresh fruit everyday and Christmas surprises! Housekeeping were thoughtful and always available. Turn down service was a treat! Christmas Dinner, the chef making the scallops was a dream! It was very very pricey, so please keep that in mind for 2025! But we enjoyed it and it was a fancy experience. The Cantonese dining experience was not good. I'm sorry to write about this. Too long...food ok and not what we expected. The DJ was the best part and the decor. This hotel is centrally located. We walked everywhere....even to the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend this hotel. The doormen were so kind, helping everyday. Fresh hand wipes, umbrellas and their handsome smiles. The spa. WOW!! The pool, the amenities were top notch! Do not miss using the spa and getting a treatment. The pool is so pretty and peaceful. The rooms were beautiful. We had a one bedroom suite. Roll-away bed for our 13 year old. It was perfect. The rooms are all new, modern and just a thoughtful design. Thank you for the best Christmas experience in Paris!!! The tree in our room was so beautiful. The decorations for Christmas were so pretty.

I love this address to have a drink, mostly for its great staff (special callout for Killian for his attentiveness and expertise - makes a banger Ramos Gin Fizz) and fabulous decor. Will most certainly come back and would recommend to anyone looking for a good chill time and excellent service.
