We had a premier river view room and it didn't disappoint for views. Nice big room, comfy and huge bed. Bathroom was ultra modern with a huge walk in shower, Make up mirror- very powerful! -all toiletries top notch and slippers etc which you don't get everywhere these days. Staff were great, very attentive. I asked for a replacement ironing board as ours was twisted and it was there before we finished breakfast. My only complaint would be that the carpet was such a colour that it looked grubby and we did find a finger nail and a lollypop behind the tv, so maybe hard to tell if clean. Breakfast good and good choice. Good position just one road away from the main walking strip by the sea and the Perth Mint is just behind. Elizabeth Quay has eating areas. We got the free CAT bus from Elizabeth quay up to the Kings park to watch the sunset, fantastic views from there. Those free CAT buses can get you everywhere but check timetables as seem to finish early during the week. Heirisson island a good nearby walk but under a lot of construction as they are building a pedestrian bridge. Great Hotel.

We have stayed here a number of times and have always enjoyed our experience, hence the fact we keep returning. Apart from great accommodation and facilities, the best thing about the hotel is its fabulous staff. Each time we return we are greeted like long lost friends by all staff, not just reception staff. Too many of them to name individually but they know who they are. On our last visit, my wife had a medical episode as we were checking out and the concierge and reception staff went above and beyond the call of duty to assist her. Thank you Stuart and Maarja - Liis. See you again in 2025.

We stayed in a Pacific Club River View Suite for two nights, at the time of booking we were informed that Club Lounge had opened after recent renovations, upon arrival was informed that Club Lounge was closed and a temporary Club Lounge service was being provided in the general breakfast lounge called “Monty’s”, located on the ground floor. Compared to other Club Lounges with other brands, Pan Pacifc Perth was well below average, afternoon tea, consisted of cookies and juice, evening canapés and drinks offered were very limited in choice. Breakfast in the morning included self serve coffee from a coffee machine, barista made coffee was an additional charge, the omelettes were more like fried egg, full of oil, and no flavour. For the second day we cancelled Club Lounge and breakfast inclusions, there was no value in the extra cost. The complimentary Wifi did not work in room for first 24 hours, construction work on the top two floors disturbed our peace and enjoyment and unfortunately Pan Pacific Perth were unable to address this issue. The suite offered river views when standing up or sitting at the table in front of the window, however due to the old building design river views are not visible from any other position with in the suite.

We went as a family for two nights to the Pan Pacific hotel in Perth. We booked three club rooms. The rooms were big and well appointed. Bathrooms were spotless. Went to the club lounge for happy hour, It was busy but the service was excellent. Food was very very good. We have stayed at many hotels in club rooms around the world and this one was right up there. For a really enjoyable weekend I would recommend a stay at the Pan Pacific in Perth. We will be back again for a bit of spoiling. Loved the hotel

This was a lovely hotel situated a short walk away from Elizabeth Quay, which suited us as we like a walk after dinner and it felt like a really safe place to walk at night. The breakfast is great and the staff are all really pleasant and helpful. We stayed here for a week before travelling further up the coast and then returning. The hotel managed to book us in to the same room as we had stated how much we liked it. We also left our large baggage in store there and this was waiting in our room for us when we returned. There are always staff around to help you with any asks (directions, taxis, specific shops) and we will definitely stay here again.
