Fabulous Hotel Excellent Service Superb Food Staff Excellent Rooms Beautiful From start to end of our stay at Gleneagles the attention and Service by all staff members was excellent. The dining choices available are good and cater for all tastes and budgets. The facilities are good quality and the available list of things to do while there is comprehensive. Highly Reccomended.

The Gleneagles stay this week was exceptional not because of how beautiful this property is but because of the people that work there. The care taken by staff is amongst the best in the world. Our golf got cancelled owing to the weather / snow but the other activities made up for everything. Going for archery was a great decision. Our instructor was a young lad Joe. Made it very interesting. This is a must visit property for golfers and non golfers alike. Enjoyed every bit of our visit.

I had a fantastic stay It was truly a unique and memorable experience. The resort is stunning and offers everything you could possibly need—there’s really no reason to leave as everything is available on-site. The variety of restaurants was impressive, with delicious food and plenty of options to suit all tastes. I personally tried three of the restaurants and also ordered room service, and each experience was excellent. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection of dishes to start the day right. The resort offers a wide range of activities that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed. We went horse riding, tried clay shooting, and even did some climbing. The kids’ playroom was also fantastic and kept the little ones entertained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which added to the overall wonderful experience. Thank you for an amazing stay I’ll definitely be back soon!

Stayed for 4 nights. Most of the staff were friendly and super helpful, especially the valet parking guys. Limited menu choice in the Strathearn and we had 2 very different dining experiences there, one good another less so. On the downside the additional service charges presented on checkout were a surprise. Also we unknowingly paid £300 for chatueabriand for two in the Burnham having decided against dining in the Strathearn again - this switch had been arranged in advance. Queried this at the reception on departure but they felt it was justified. Also still waiting for a refund for the prepaid golf that wasn't possible due to the course being understandably closed due to the big freeze. Shouldn't this have been an automatic refund communicated on the day ? Beautiful hotel with some areas of outstanding service, but the over commercialism at times spoilt our experience.

Please do not hesitate to book the Gleneagles during any time of year, but specifically plan ahead for festive season. I have never seen such an extraordinary display of holiday magic-making in my life! This property is exceptional for multi-generational family trips and you won't find another property of this quality and class that is so adept at handling children right along with adults. There are so many wonderful experiences right on property that are unique and enriching, not to mention just incredibly fun and well executed. You certainly can't get bored at Gleneagles! The staff are all so kind and patient, the food and beverage service is first class, and the property itself is one gorgeous space after another. I can't wait to tell everyone I know about Gleneagles so that they and their families can enjoy the magic as well!
