Great hotel with very friendly employees
We went to this hotel, going by reviews of others and the location of the hotel. I Really have nothing bad to say! We got greeted with a very warm welcome , By the kindest lady and man, and I am sorry I did not get their names. From the restaurant downstairs to the room itself, I truly have no complaints. Love the location and the area has so much to do! I really love the parking as well. We parked at a garage literally across the street, down the block, and the rate was reasonable. ( Walnut and 18 street).

Oasis in the City
I frequently travel to Philadelphia but this was my first stay at AKA Rittenhouse. This is my new favorite hotel and where I plan to stay for subsequent visits! Willa and Tina at the front desk were so lovely and helpful and provided all the information I needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. I booked a one bedroom residence and it was the perfect size for me and oh so quiet even though bustling Rittenhouse Square was just steps from the hotel. The location is perfect with the park right across the street and so many fantastic restaurants within walking distance! My only complaint is there is neither valet service nor a dedicated zone for short-term parking in front the hotel which makes checking in as a solo traveler a little tricky. There is garage parking nearby. All things considered, I had a very pleasant stay and look forward to my next visit.

Perfect in every way.
Wonderful hotel - the staff, the room, the restaurant and the location. Absolutely ideal. This was our first time in Philadelphia and this hotel was an ideal location for discovering the city. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. Countless charming restaurants in the neighborhood. Just a perfect hotel.

Perfect location by Rittenhouse Park and in the middle of shopping and great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional. They seemed to be genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay (and we did). Wister and Bianca were especially helpful and friendly. Great people!

Hotel Aka Rittenhouse Square had AMAZING service. At check-in, we received complimentary drink coupons for the AKA bar. The doorman offered me a water in the lobby and was the nicest man. An employee named Bianca left the sweetest note left in my room that was so personal and up-lifting. The service and cleanliness was five stars. I highly recommend! It was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
