Loved it
I love my AKA. I was a long term resident and after a year of being away I came back again for a few nights and loved my stay in the studio. I love the simplicity and class and elegance of the rooms in AKA. They're very relaxing too. There have been a few new faces at the front desk since the time I've lived there. Tina is so amazing. She's such a sweet and friendly and awesome front desk staff.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Suite was great, comfortable, and well appointed. Working spaces were good and I was able to be productive and have a video conference. Wister and Willa at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Great place and location
Great place to stay and close to everything. Rooms are large and spacious with everything you need in kitchen. Tina and Wister are always to assist with any questions or issues you may have. I will be staying plenty of times in the coming months, it feels like home

Don’t Stay If You Want A Good Night’s Sleep
Room over alley where the pick up trash at 6 am on Saturday morning! And every single other morning. Are you kidding me?!? Would wake you from a coma! Combine that with no maid service, minimal front desk help and a gym the size of a postage stamp with prices the same as any other hotel in Philly: one star! Yes there are positives: the location (aside from the room being over an alley). The restaurant is one of the best in Philly. And the bar is awesome. But they can’t overcome being woken up every morning at 6 a.m. Nope! Can’t ever stay again!!!!

Great stay!
I really enjoyed my stay and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because my 6th floor suite faced the street and the windows in the living room, kitchen and bathroom were not sound proofed and I heard so much of the street noise late into the night. The bedroom was fully sound proofed. Aside from that, I found my unit to be quite comfortable, I loved using the conference rooms to work, the bar downstairs is INCREDIBLE, everyone who works there was super nice, and the location is fantastic. This is a great place to stay for a longer trip!
