Family trip
Excellent customer service and the hotel has been redone and is beautiful hotel. The location is great and we enjoyed walking around to get food. Would recommend the breakfast at the hotel, it’s expensive but very high quality. My family wants to go back soon.

Best Hotel in Center City
The best hotel in Center City Philadelphia. Loved my recent stay. Rooms were clean and nice. Added bonus of being able to use the Sporting Club next door which is an amazing gym. Sauna and Cold plunge are top notch. Can’t beat the location. 10/10

Married the Old with the New!
From end to end, our stay was wonderful. I was so excited to stay in the newly renovated Bellevue and was blown away with the update. The room, while modernized, still felt like it belonged inside the hotel. Loved all the vintage fixtures and nods to the past. Gordon at the front desk is the picture of hospitality and the Hyatt organization is lucky to have him!

Beautiful hotel with interior rooms without light
The hotel is beautiful and so was our room. However it was very disappointing that we were given an interior room. Its windows looked into a courtyard with absolutely no natural light. There was artificial light all night but we couldn’t even tell when the sun came up. We’d checked in after dark so didn’t realize there was no light. Don’t let them give you a room like 1406.

The Bellevue Is back and better than before:)
The Bellevue looked amazing!! If you had a chance to visit prior to the huge renovation you are in for a treat. I love that they preserved the timeless look without looking ultra modern. Also, don't sleep on the sports club. I could stay there all day; It's huge! Think day spa, pool, and any gym equipment you could want. The sports club also received a renovation and looks amazing; I wish I could bring it home with me. In conclusion, book the stay; you will leave relaxed and wanting to go back soon; enjoy!
