Roshid the most amazing Concierge I have ever met
My hotel stay was made absolutely perfect by Roshid the concierge at the Palomar. He took an hour in the room, setting it up and making it special so that I could celebrate my new position that I had been wanting. He is an absolute gem and I hope that the hotel understands the type of man that they have employed at their hotel. He makes me want to come back to Philadelphia just to stay at that hotel. He made my trip to Philadelphia.

Stress Free
Perfect location nestled in downtown Philadelphia where everything you could imagine is in walking distance. I was greeted with a smile from Akira who recommended some amazing restaurants and coffee shops. She answered every question I asked with out hesitation. The complimentary happy hour along with the plush rooms and awesome customer service made a very hectic weekend practically stress free. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Greatest bartender of all time!!!
Great atmosphere!!!! Will was the best bartender!!!! We went there the first night because our hotel bar was packed!!!! Will made the best drinks, provided engaging conversation and the best recommendations on the area!!! We will be stopping back there every time we are in Philly!!!!

Fine, not great.
This hotel could use some updating. Elevators looked old and worn, as did some of the fixtures in the room. I ordered room service for breakfast and it showed up in cardboard takeout containers loaded into a brown bag, which was handed to me at the door. I’d say overall the hotel was “fine” but not quite the quality I’d normally stay in for business travel.

Great location, food and service
My wife and I spent three very enjoyable nights here. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Easy walking distance to many local attractions. We were excited to experience the food in Philadelphia. As it turned out Square 1682 right in the hotel was fantastic. And the service was very good - special shout to Will in the restaurant.
