Excellent service and comfy beds
The highlights of our brief stay in Philadelphia included the staff. We received excellent service from the front desk, the valet service, the bellhops, and the bar. We loved our room. It was spotless and well lit. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved the shower head. The Lowe's is in an excellent location, convenient to City Hall. the holiday market, and Reading Terminal Market. I would absolutely use this hotel again. I would definitely return

🚨BEWARE OF BEDBUGS: MULTIPLE REPORTS BY CONFERENCE ATTENDEES AND NO ATTEMPT AT RESOLUTION 🚨
I stayed at the Loews Philadelphia from 12/8/24 to 12/11/24 in room 2312, and I had a truly terrible experience. Initially, management seemed to take my report of being bitten by bed bugs seriously, which gave me some hope. However, as time passed, it became clear that little action was being taken. Today, I received a call from someone who happily informed me that my room was totally "bed bug free" after their "third-party inspection company" confirmed it. So what bit me in your hotel? Here's the issue: I now have almost 20 bites on my body, with new ones appearing daily. Multiple other colleagues have reported being bitten to the hotel and they don't seem to care. The first of my bites started showing up after my second night at the hotel, and the bites have only continued to surface over the past few days. I literally woke up on Wednesday morning scratching my arm raw from being bitten. The lack of urgency and proper care in handling this issue is alarming. It is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable to have such an experience at a hotel of this caliber. Over $300 per night to not be taken seriously when you report something like this to management. I would strongly advise against staying here. BEWARE of bed bugs – they are clearly not taking this problem seriously enough. Disgusting. Do not recommend.

My Hotel in Philly
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay so enjoyable. The room was comfortable and perfectly accommodating, truly a home away from home. One evening, I treated myself to room service, and it was fantastic—delicious food with prompt service! This hotel has become my go-to spot whenever I visit Philly. Great Hotel and Friendly Staff
The perfect hotel for a friends getaway. The location was key to everything as far as shopping and eating. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. The valet parking was good, a little of a wait at times. The rooms had mini refrigerators and clean linens. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Personal Attention at the Convenient & Comfortable Loew’s Philadelphia
Had a wonderful night at the Lowe’s celebrating my friend’s birthday. Cameron at the concierge desk was PHENOMENAL. She executed everything perfectly, communication was excellent, and efficient. There were no surprises in billing, and she prepared everything I requested including a gorgeous room upgrade. Her suggestions for elevating the experience were fantastic. She’s a gem. Our room was stunning, gorgeous views of City Hall and Center City. Clean furniture and bedding. Bathroom & bedroom lighting was excellent. Ice is conveniently available down the hall. We enjoyed cocktails & dinner at the bar. Friendly, attentive staff and delicious food & drink. Location is excellent. Directly in the center of the city close and walkable to everything. Smooth check-in and valet experience as well. Can’t thank the team enough for an incredible experience. Looking forward to coming back soon and exploring other Loews properties in the future.
