Great hotel with excellent helpful staff
An excellent hotel and we loved our stay. The kids had a great time at the pool. The club millesime staff Piseth and Daya were fabulous and made it very easy with our kids. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with families. The food was delicious as well.

Wish we could have stayed longer
Our experience was exceptional. The hotel is well-run and staff provided superb service across all departments, making us feel truly welcome. Hotel even noticed we had left an item behind and quickly arranged its return. Although the property isn’t new, everything is top-notch. It is well-maintained, spotless, and insect-free. Platinum status was recognised, which enhanced our stay.

Anniversary was truly memorable for us
My special occasion was amazing, thanks to the Sofitel team. It created remarkable memories for our 6th anniversary. Our room was upgraded, and the amenities were excellent, including a cake during the evening turndown service. Everywhere we went, we were greeted politely with warm smiles. A special shout out to Rida, who checked us in and welcomed us, and to Tola, who offered us cool towels and checked us out. We felt truly special, as they treated us like vip. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, where a staff member (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) was very knowledgeable about the food. Kea at the bar is a genius, I simply showed him pictures of my favorite drink, and he surprised me by making it just right. Thank you, man! The hotel looks elegant and iconic, with its environment beautifully enhanced by natural elements. Overall, it was amazing. Thank you again SO team. Well deserved!!!!!!!!
