Rico was amazing! He was very welcoming and accommodating. I’m glad he was there to greet us and help us out! Definitely would stay here again. If you do stay here I highly recommend! The atmosphere was great! Excellent weather. Really good area and a lot of stuff to do

Fantastic service. Even though we had an early flight and arrived at 10:00 AM we were able to check in, which was awesome since we were planning on going to a diamondbacks game and needed to get rid of our luggage and freshen up. Would definitely stay here again, great location too.

RICO at the reception desk was so kind to us(my dog and self). Rico even remembered us the next day and helped us with parking pass. I do think the reception desk needs chairs. This recommendation is from personal experience. Raul from valet was very helpful at helping me with the bags while I got my dog. Actually, all of the gentlemen from valet were helpful by opening the door each time we came back to the hotel. Thank you, Detroit Lady!

The staff was most helpful! Rico Alverez, front desk, could not have been more helpful with dining suggestions, taxi calls and parking. He stood out as genuine, concerned for the client experience. Staff was always helpful in many matters.
