My favorite place on the planet!!! The most amazing hotel in the world - definitely worthy of the 3 keys awarded to them. Architecturally stunning, set on the most beautifully maintained peninsula in Phuket, management has thought of every detail down to bringing in pristine sand to their private beach! Service is of the highest standards, well trained staff are always ready to help, oftentimes offering assistance, food, refreshments, and other thoughtful touches before being asked. Kids club (with skateboarding, DJ booths, wildlife station, climbing wall) always happy to keep young kids busy, beach activities perfect for teens, private kick booking ring with private coaching, massive state of the art techno gym, yoga and meditation, and the gorgeous spa all a short buggy ride away. Well done on recent restaurant upgrades, the one weak point before! Always have an amazing stay when there. The one place I feel wrapped in a warm cocoon of care and service at every step… love it so much we don’t even leave the property for days.

Went here for my birthday and it's the best decision ever. Great food , amazing room and all the staff were extremely accommodating. Some rooms for improvement. The spa was not as good as other resorts(RC reserve/Rosewood) at this caliber. Had the Nama omakase and they desperately needs lots of improvement in terms of food and menu(suggestion is to age the fish longer and better, more sake selection,more creative menu) Overall I had a blast and would definitely go back for longer next time(at least a week)

Incredible beach (best resort beach experience in Phuket IMO). Soft sand, extremely attentive service, nice loungers with plenty available, fun watersports, etc... the whole package. Room was very nice; the bathroom is gorgeous with beautiful flowers. Everything felt brand new as well. Manager was super present and friendly, greeted us at arrival and departure, at the bar, etc... My only hesitation to come back is that the food really felt mostly 'correct' but not 'great' -- didn't have the most amazing flavor; bread at the italian restaurant was stale and not tasty, etc. Nothing was wrong with any of the food, but just kinda was like 'huh, I would have thought the food here would be really good' keeping up with the insanely great quality of everything else and instead it's just 'good' Same for the drinks, though to be fair they might have just been too 'elevated' for us. We were looking for fruity fun cocktails and again they were 'correct' but not amazing. We would absolutely come back; it was a really nice experience and service and facilities were everything you could want.

We chose to stay at Amanpuri Phuket to celebrate our daughter's special occasion. She turned 18, and we wanted to choose the best for her on this occasion. We were not disappointed at all because the hotel is luxurious and offers excellent service. The rooms are very clean, so clean that there is no room for complaints. We were upgraded to a sea-view room with a swimming pool. We feel very grateful to the management for prioritizing customers and understanding that doing something special for them will result in the best outcome. We would like to thank the management very much for paying attention to details and making our special occasion even more special. All the restaurant staff were excellent, and the food was very fresh and delicious, especially the Thai food. The beach is very beautiful with white sandy shores, and the sea is crystal clear blue. We really love the afternoon tea set provided for free to customers. Kanom Krok, Thai traditional sweets, along with various Thai snacks, make us feel joyful and excited every afternoon when we stop by to enjoy it along with the beautiful view. We feel very lucky that we decided to choose this hotel to celebrate this occasion. We will definitely come back to use the service again.

From the arrival till departure, Amanpuri is flawless. We are Amanjunkies and from all the Aman we visited, Amanpuri stands out. Lovely touch , for our anniversary our room was with baloons and champagne, wow what a surprise. We had the garden pavillon and its spotless, lovely lanai and spacious. Bed is comfy and the housekeepers always refresh the room daily, or everytime we leave they just arrange things and clean. The resort has a lovely sandy beach and the restaurants are all good. The thai restaurant is the best we have tried in Thailand, all the Menu is just so delicious and fresh. The Italian is great as well as the japanese. All outstanding and top quality. Milena the manager is very warm , kind and welcoming,, she makes us feel at home. The waitresses and waiters are all so kind. All the staff are just lovely people. Service is outstanding, this is truly Aman. We love the afternoon tea too. This was one of our best Aman experience. We cant have enough of it. Will come back again.
