I love it!! The welcome was amazing. Excellent customer service l want to thank Wut, Nate, Sol Cee, Como, No1, and Jimmie. Breakfast was delicious the SPA you must try it!! Best massage ever. Clean room with a spectacular view. I saw the best sunset 🌇 was a great experience. Peaceful and relaxing ❤️

Stayed here with my parents and wife, staff couldn't have been nicer and more friendly, pool area and breakfast was great. The grounds were lovely, perfect to get away from it all. The Loft accommodation was superb with amazing infinity pool.

We stayed in a Tropical Villa that was spacious and well appointed. The private pool was very clean and a great alternative to the resort pool. We had a few issues with air conditioning and internet that were handled by management but may go to general maintenance of the Villa. We did not avail of the numerous restaurant offerings preferring to eat at local restaurants, which are close, plentiful and of a good standard and price. The staff were excellent and as is common in other reviews, performed at professional level. Special mention to the breakfast team for their hospitality, service and friendly approach. A great way to start the day.

Fantastic resort great service and amazing food. Free shuttle to the beach and supermarket really handy. We stayed for 4 nights with our 8 year old daughter who also loved every minute. The pool area was never overcrowded. We recommend fireflies for food and definitely the trip to Phi Phi Islands. Thank you to the whole team you are amazing!

Visited Pavilions hotel 24th March for two weeks. Met at reception with drink cold towel and wrist band of flowers. Guests get welcomed with a bang of the gong. Guests are expected to have amount taken from credit card and returned 7-14 days after they leave - Even if you don't spend anything !! ( Think its about £75 ) The rooms were beautiful - we had garden suite 102 are beautifully furnished and very spacious with 2 bathrooms with showers, bath, separate lounge Kitchen with sink and fridge, kettle for tea/coffee and free daily bottled water. Garden suite ground floor you would not use terrace as nothing to look at !! just used for drying trunks. The main swimming pool ( Firefly ) is also breakfast restaurant and bar. Breakfast was just amazing with free flowing free Bucks fizz, excellent choice of fruits, cereals, yogurts, bacon, eggs done numerous ways etc etc. Service was amazing and we could not wait to start the day with a full belly. Firefly swimming pool numerous sun loungers and always loads to choose from with towels supplied, also drinking water. Golf buggies and open door cars pick you up at 5 min call. We never had to wait !! You download APP on your phone and can chat easily to reception. 3 times a day a minibus goes down to the beach or main town area. Make sure you book your space as these can be taken and they only supply one vehicle. ( Advise booking previous day there and back ) Couple of only negative points of the holiday that the beach is a 8-10 min drive from the hotel and during day time you can hear piling works from construction site. But what a stunning beach when you get there OMG !! and for the size of the beach minimal people there. Smigos and the adjoining bars are lovely casual vibe with bean bags and loungers - 100 baht per lounger free bean bags if your using amenities. Finally the staff at the Pavilions get the final words as they are a breath of fresh air and cannot help you enough - they are a credit to this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its staff alone.
