Twinpalms Phuket Resort welcome guests very warmly with a flower's wristband. The room is ok with good furniture. The room with great view at front of swimming pool. Body wash room is not so convenient. Food of breakfast is not diversity. It is a place worth experiencing.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, highly recommend to anyone coming to Phuket and looking to stay somewhere nice! We booked the Duplex Loft and it was stunning. The service from the moment you arrive to when you leave is exceptional. Pisit went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as helped booked dinner reservations/ excursions at the best places in Phuket. 10/10 for us!!

Be careful - rape pill

I usually don’t wtóre reviews but this one is for your awareness and safety. I was given a rape pill into a drink at hotels’s beach club The Catch. I did not see it coming… luckily my husband was with me. I ended up in emergency unit in phuket hospital not knowing what is happen to me.. I still struggle to process it.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Our group booked a duplex villa which was very spacious and clean. The beach is walkable distance. There are also restaurants and massages that are walking distance as well. Our personal assistant leader, Pisit and team members were very friendly and were very prompt with answering our questions and requests. I would definitely book with Palm Springs again.
