Fairmont Pittsburgh

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, the rooms are beautifully appointed, and the location is fantastic. I stay at Fairmonts across the globe and was very impressed by this particular property. I can't wait to come back!!

Downtown Pittsburgh is fun, and the Fairmont is a beautiful hotel with outstanding service in the heart of it. The food, spa and room service are all great. Check out was the easiest I've ever experienced. I recommend this hotel to anyone for business or pleasure

Pros: Good location. Rooms were not too expensive. Can be improved: There is no self parking. You have to valet and there is no space for you to pull your car in. However, the valet service was very efficient. Cons: The front desk staff can be quite snobbish and non approachable depending on who it was. They didn't offer water and I had to ask for it.

Great place, good location and good view. They have the best hotel gym I have seen yet. Starbucks was a great bonus also. I just wish they got my free breakfast right so I did not have to leave hungry. Instead of calling the booking agency to verify my breakfast (as I requested & other hotels have done), I was given an email to send my "proof" to. Unfortunately, the email did not go through as I may have spelled something incorrectly.

I love the fairmont. Hospitality is what you are greeted with before you get inside. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I cane for some much needed rest and to celebrate my birthday week. This year has been tough, living through a liver transplant and all the activities that goes with it. My first day was so incredible. I walked into my room and there were a bowl of fruit and water. On top of that I received more fruit and water from housekeeping staff. There was no way they knew how much this made me feel. It is something I won't soon forget. It's not about the fruit. It is about going the extra mile for your customers. Thank you, Fairmont for the best relaxing visit. You Rock.
