Amazing experience, great service, friendly staff, beautiful views and ambiance.. Highly recommend the inspira suite, the rooms were a dream, everything is clean and pleasant. Our butler Jorge, was great, very attentive and helpful with anything we needed, making our stay there that much better. He would always check up on us, to make sure we enjoyed our time. Overall it was a nice stay.

From the sunshine to the food to the service and everything in between it was simply perfect! Rudolpho and Cristil made our visit even better with their attention to detail and wonderful support! We will be back for sure sooner rather than later!

Amazing 10/10. Luis and Christopher were top notch employees and made the trip special. Luis was at detalle during the day and was the best bar tender. made us the best drinks and entertained our conversation the whole time. Christopher was one of the hardest workers ever and was amazing. he was a server at the pool and we went to his section every day. he never let us have an empty drink or if we were hungry. he was amazing.

As inspira members, my husband and I have visited Atelier annually for the past four years. This year's week-long visit exceeded our expectations. The staff's warm welcome set the tone for a wonderful stay. Our concierge, Marisol, was instrumental in ensuring our experience was top-notch. Additionally, we had the pleasure of working with two exceptional butlers, Yatzi and Suyin, who provided outstanding service, including arranging dinner reservations and ironing my husband's clothes. I have attached the pictures of my two new friends (Yatzi and Suyin) if you have the privilege to visit Atelier please have no doubt that they are going to make everything possible and inspire you with their hospitality, experience and sweet hearts. They are the perfect team! The drinks were superb. Rodolfo, Irving, and Hector from "La Calle" and Gregorio and Rodrigo from rooftop bar "El Cielo" prepared the most delightful drinks, fresh, made from scratch, and crafted with passion. They showcased remarkable skill, and we were impressed with everything they made for us. They frequently surprised us, guaranteeing our satisfaction throughout our experience. The food was truly exceptional. We loved the exquisite cuisine at Maria Dolores, the nicest restaurant in the hotel, which offers a 5-course menu with all great options. For Italian food enthusiasts, we highly recommend Cilento. Lunch and dinner at this place are amazing. For breakfast and lunch, we love the buffets and also "Suspiros" for lunch and dinner, located close to the beach and by the pool. They have fresh seafood, and everything is delicious. The staff in the restaurant is amazing, being very attentive and friendly. Thumbs up for Chef Paul, the pastry chef, who made special treats for us. Chef Daniel from "La Calle" made the best tacos. Jacinto and Jose from "El Mercado" were outstanding. The service provided by Giselle and Andres at the Inspira rooftop/infinity pool was exceptional. They attended to our every need, providing everything from pool beds/chairs to drinks and food. Their kindness and work ethic are truly commendable. Last but not least, Julio - Inspira beach took our Atelier stay to new and exciting dimensions! His delightful surprise of a mouthwatering and playful coconut made one of our days at the beach so special. The next couple of days he made sure we had food and drinks. He even took some pictures of us which was a sweet gesture of him. He’s the embodiment of outstanding dedication! We cannot wait to go back next year! Big thanks to the entire staff from Atelier! You are truly special!

This is my third time visiting Atelier. We will definitely come back again. All the meals have been excellent. The service and friendliness of the staff is superior to any other place we have visited. The hotel amenities are exceptional. My favorite part is the pool time. Julio at the pool has provided the best service we have ever experienced. Ready to book our next visit!
