Great hotel. Fantastic location and staff were friendly and efficient. Great room spacious and the bar and cocktails were incredible. My favourite hotel in europe.

The hotel was very comfortable. The only issue was the service in the bar. It took too long to be served and if i were returning I wouldn't go there as the wait for everything damped the experience. The breakfast was ok but the hot food buffet was dissappointing

Prague was our third stop on our Eurotrip, and we arrived from Berlin tired and soaked from the rain. The moment we got off our Uber, Alex welcomed us warmly, took care of our luggage, and offered us a welcome drink. I didn’t catch the name of the person who assisted us with check-in, but he was incredibly thoughtful, accommodating, and genuinely kind. Our room was spotless, located near the elevator (just as I always request), and had a standalone shower (no need to request a room change this time like in Berlin). Breakfast service was another highlight. Everyone was lovely, but a special mention goes to Carla, a fellow Filipino. Watching her take care of the guests made us feel proud and truly cared for. Turndown service and concierge support (Hi, Lenka!) were also excellent touches. To add, they even remembered our anniversary and surprised us with a thoughtful treat and a handwritten note. What a sweet gesture. It’s truly appreciated. Yuri helped us with our checkout, wrapping up what was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. Service, comfort, cleanliness—absolutely unmatched.

Lunch in Alcron is a real culinary experience. No matter what you choose from the menu. My wife had the steak and I had the fish, both were perfectly prepared and delicious. And accompanied by a dessert that marked a wonderful punctuation to the array of flavours. If you prefer eating in a restaurant to fast food and prefer European cuisine to Asian, definitely visit this restaurant in the centre of Prague.

Big thanks to Almanac X Alcron for making our Prague trip extra smooth. We stayed in the Almanac X Room and it was exactly like the photos. Modern, super clean, and really comfortable. There wasn’t much of a view from the room, but the overall quality made up for it. The staff were great and check-in and check-out were really easy. We didn’t try breakfast or use the amenities, but room service worked well. One thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi. It was fast, but there was no password or login required, which felt a bit too open for a hotel. The location was perfect. Just a 3 minute walk to the Václavské náměstí tram stop and about 15 minutes to Old Town Square. We got around the city easily without needing taxis. Would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Prague.
