Reviews for The Mozart Prague

Incredible place to stay in Prague!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Besides the excellent location, and the tram stop literally right out front, this historic, beautiful hotel made me never want to leave! Their concierge and front desk staff were second to none! So attentive! Our gigantic room with vaulted ceilings and a four poster bed was incredible. The bathroom was immaculate with a separate toilet room. Even a bar with stocked fridge!

Beautiful historic hotel with fabulous location along with a warm and inviting staff. Oksana at the front desk provided efficient check in, our bags were quickly brought to our room. Before and during our stay, the knowledgeable and experienced concierge, Allan Jones, was always on point with guidance on activities, restaurant recommendations and reservations, as well as help with general questions. The breakfast was well organized and offered varieties of egg preparations, fresh fruit, yogurt, meats and cheeses and coffee options. Our room was the palace suite which was generously sized with lots of natural light (5 large windows) and a four poster bed. The modern bath had a rain shower and dual vanity sinks. The bed was sink in comfort with a fluffy duvet. We especially liked the quietness of the interior courtyards right outside our windows. The double wardrobes were well fitted out with full length mirrors, open shelving for folded clothes or shoes and generous hanging space. Top notch hotel right in the heart of old town Prague next to the Charles Bridge and the river.

Location, Style and View

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

My experience started very badly since my room was located in the courtyard and the room was freezing since they simply neglected that floor eating sytems takes time. After suggesting a room change which i refused since it was too late and I was on my pyjamas they brought an additional heating and things start getting in the direction of a 5*. With the heating comfort I could start seeing my Big room, my Comfy bed (average pillows), coffee machine and tea in the room, robe and slippers and the nice old room and decor. Very cosy Breakfast room and ‘à la carte’ offer looked better than buffet and they surprised me with the best coconut porridge of my life, very good pouched egg toast and … a very friendly service! Things can improve in life😅. But it was only later in the day I realised the location was simply the best!!! Walking distance from Charles Bridge with a stunning view day or night. The hotel in itself is a surprise since from the outside you can not imagine how beautiful the construction is. A bad start was converted in a wish to come back again. Surprise. Surprise!

Perfect place for everything Prague

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

I just returned from Prague. We had their largest room on the 4 th floor with a view of the Charles bridge. It was beautiful and the perfect location to start the day. We are vegetarian and at breakfast they went out of the way to make some grilled veggies and mushrooms for us and directed to a veg place nearby for the rest of the meals. There are very few veg options in their restaurant. On the first day, they ran out of many breakfast items but they restocked for the next 2 days I think. Good coffee. The old section which is a palace doesn’t have a lift. We had a lift which didn’t work once We asked for many extra bottles of water which were provided free of cost. The mini bar was complimentary as well as the coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom: it would be better if they also had an overhead shower. The hand held shower was cumbersome The people : Vlad, was wonderful, always with a ready smile and a yes to everything. Oksana our first point of contact for a smooth check in and check out, Alan, an English gentleman with a wealth of information for the tourist. Jules, the restaurant manager, pitching in when it was very busy at breakfast and making sure everything was ok. They are the ones who made the stay so great. Would definitely recommend this one
