They tried to charge us for breakfast separately. The receptionist who attended us the night we arrived was a disaster. Zero human quality, totally out of place in her way of communicating with us, rude, providing little and wrong information. Instead of creating a pleasant stay, she did nothing but argue with us and try to get us to pay more than necessary. A lack of respect and bad attitude on her part. She tried to charge us additional taxes when we had already paid them on Booking, and they were included in the price we were paying. She also tried to charge us double for parking compared to what Booking stated. She gave us a room that wasn’t what we had booked, and when we complained, she did so unwillingly. Instead of apologizing and offering us a free upgrade for the inconvenience of having to carry our luggage back and forth, she made us pay the difference, as this upgrade would include 50% off parking, plus free drinks and snacks from 5 to 7 PM every day, information that this receptionist didn’t even provide to us, not even as an attempt to sell us the difference for the executive room. This information was not available on the Booking page. We found out when we complained that the room wasn’t the same as the one in the photos, as we had paid for a double suite to have a bathtub and were given a regular room with just a shower. Later, thanks to our complaint, we also found out that the executive room included 2 hours of free spa, free snacks and drinks, and a coffee machine in the room. The minibar is supposedly included, but that’s not true; they charge you for anything you consume. Despite having paid for parking, and the receptionist telling us we could leave the car until the evening, the receptionist on the next shift the following day tried to charge us for the difference because our card was blocked, and we couldn’t leave with the car. A total disaster with the poor communication among the hotel employees and their lack of willingness.

Pleasant hotel, conveniently located in Prague's 5th district. Only about 15-20 minutes on foot from the centre. Reception and check-in: easy and friendly 10/10. Room: spacious, clean, nice bathroom with both shower and tub. 10/10 Breakfast: great choice but missing decaf, which I take every morning and had to pay for extra in the bar downstairs (expensive!). Poor fruit choice. 8/10. Parking is very difficult and the payable options are very expensive. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very spacious rooms and nice variety of food to pick from. Location in the city centre is perfect for shopping enddeavours and making visits to other tourism activities like the Charles bridge palace and the floating bars on The Vltava River.

Very nice and helpful staff! We were checked in by Mrs. Sofia... a very, very polite person. The location of the hotel is another advantage. There is a metro stop (yellow line) and a tram stop nearby. If someone likes walking, you can go to the center. Very charming area. We chose the executive studio - very spacious and comfortable. Spotless cleanliness. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower - everything is of the right size. Great breakfast, everyone will find something for themselves and I could go on and on. This hotel has no minuses and met our expectations. We will definitely go back there. The speed of the technical employee's appearance to the reported fault was surprising. The problem was quickly solved.

Stayed in Nov 24 for 2 nights. Location is OK. Very close to a busy tram stop that can get you into the centre in minutes. 5 mins walk to the Andel Metro (it's actually very close but you have to walk right around a large building opposite the hotel to get to the only (AFAIK) entrance). Room only so so idea on food/breakfast etc. Superior room was superb. Good size. Chairs. Desk. Storage. Small kitchen facilities. Nice Bed. Excellent Bathroom (separate Bath, Shower and Toilet). Used them all! A minor hum in the room. I assumed that was the heating (was fairly cold outside) but no matter, didn't bother me and didn't need to change any settings as the room temperature was fine. Otherwise very quite (couldn't hear other guests or any noise outside). Of the several 4* Hotels that I've stayed in (in Prague), this was easily the best. The bonus is that it was the cheapest too! (being a mile or so away from the centre helps). Will most likely stay here again (or the other Wyndham Hotel in Prague 6) when I return. Excellent.
