Hotel Providence

Just here for one night but wish I could stay longer. Love the lobby and the staff have been pleasant and eager to help. I was checked in by Eli and he provided me with things close by to check out based on my interests. I was also provided water and more information about my dining options which was helpful. The rooms are clean and have a nice layout.

Penelope was an amazing help! She aided us in the best way and genuinely made us feel welcomed. Me and my teammates are staying at this hotel and she is being the best. This hotel and the rooms are great and genuinely would recommend to the highest degree!

The hotel itself is fine. Rooms were nice and staff very friendly. The issue is the encampment next door to the hotel. Day & night so called homeless people are on the sidewalks. We had to cross the street to avoid them and needless to say did not feel safe. The city needs to clean up these areas. This is homeless by choice type of folks not those who need to be housed due to mental health issues. We would never stay here again due to this issue.

During our stay, we were introduced to a variety of unique and interesting local spots, with Providence Coal Fired Pizza being a standout recommendation. The hotel rooms are well-appointed and impeccably organized, blending comfort with a distinctive charm. Overall, our visit was elevated by thoughtful guidance and a welcoming atmosphere.
