Grace Bay Club

Just arrived home from an amazing stay at the Grace Bay Hotel. From the moment we arrived Antonio and Ramsey (our concierges) were available to assist us. They were amazing from start to finish with our vacation. The beach staff was cheerful, helpful and available at all times. Fritz provided great service everyday with a smile. Tracy,Elmina,Sonny,Jessie and especially Junie are just a few of the names we can remember that made our stay perfect. Our room in the hotel provided us with a beautiful view of the ocean. By far, its one of the most beautiful rooms we've ever stayed in. Housekeeping was top notch. Last, but not least the staff at the front desk was more than accommodating. We will be sure to return! My husband and I recently stayed at Grace bay club in Turks and Caicos for a quick adult getaway for 3 nights. Looking for luxury, quiet and a relaxing stay with great food. We have previously stayed at Seven star and Shore club. While the hotel has a lot of potential, several issues marred the experience, particularly regarding the lack of transparency about ongoing renovations. One of the biggest frustrations during the stay was the hotel’s failure to inform guests about the renovations taking place. Despite reaching out multiple times prior to my arrival to confirm that all renovations were completed, we were not informed that the entire infinity pool bar was under construction. Called, emailed and reached out on social media only to be told there are "light renovations happening in building B". Instead we woke up to drilling, hammering, and sawing—right next to the adults-only pool, right outside our door from 8 am to 2-3 pm every day. While I understand that renovations are necessary, the hotel’s failure to be honest and upfront about this is a significant problem. Transparency is key, especially for a property of this caliber. On the bright side, the hotel manager was responsive and tried to accommodate us by moving us to another area of the property. This did alleviate some of the disruption, but the issue of ongoing renovations remained. It’s clear the hotel is trying to improve, but better communication and planning could have made this much more pleasant. - **The Estate Pool & Bar**: This area was lovely—quiet, relaxing, and a nice escape. The bar service here was great, and the space was beautifully maintained. - **The Beach**: The beach is absolutely stunning—soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The waves were a bit rougher than what we had previously experienced in the summer, but I assume this is due to seasonal changes. Regardless, it was still a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. - **The Estate Rooms**: The estate rooms are gorgeous—spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. However, the adults-only hotel could definitely use some updating (the first room we were in). - **Food**: The food was excellent—every meal was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The resort offers a good variety of options. The drinks were also top-notch, though we did feel that having more pool and beachside service would have been a nice touch, especially for a 5-star property. While there are some great features, the lack of transparency regarding ongoing renovations was a major letdown. The beautiful beach, great food, and lovely estate pool cannot entirely make up for the disruption caused by the construction. I would recommend this resort, but only the estate side if you’re certain that the renovations have been completed—or if you’re okay with the possibility of noise. For a 5-star experience, better communication and maintenance are essential.

Truly first class service and large/beautiful accommodations. Traveled with our special needs son, and everyone made an extra effort to make sure he had a good time. Services at the spa were excellent and reasonable, lovely shop onsite, food was good and you can't beat sitting virtually on the beach when dining at any of the restaurants - lovely open air with not a bad view in the house. Concierge services available to help with any outings or reservations. Not inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for.

Stayed in the 4 bedroom Estate walkout and the room was fantastic. Actually everything was fantastic, the service, the food the atmosphere, and the beach. We moved over after 5 days at Beaches T&C, where we had stayed 3 times before, and we had just assumed the residents of Turks just didn't like tourists and that's why most of them seemed so unhappy to be serving us and that the food on the island was just sub par all over, until we went to Grace Bay Club and had the most unbelievable and friendly service and the food was unreal. The only thing I'd say as a negative is that the pools are pretty small if you're traveling with younger kids in the 6-12 age range as there are a lot of people who like to nap around the family pool and our kids were definitely annoying them, but again it is the family pool.

We had a great experience! The resort is a bit older than some but the pool areas are great and the service is impeccable. Ramsey & Antonio went above & beyond to attend to all our needs, making our trip one that exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff is congenial & committed to serving the guests in an exceptional manner.
