Point Grace

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos, and we had to come in September due to our children's work schedules. I cannot compare this hotel to others, but I can say definitely that we LOVED staying at Point Grace. We had a 3 bedroom villa, and it was huge, beautiful, and so comfortable. The beach was amazing, and the food (especially the breakfasts) was outstanding. We sailed and snorkeled, but mostly enjoyed swimming in that beautiful water. We loved the small size of the resort. Best of all, every single member of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and helpful and wonderful - they made our visit extra special and fun. I would recommend this resort to everyone I know, and I hope we get to go back soon.

Hotel is nicely located in a wonderful location. This hotel offers the tranquility to simply relax and recharge. It’s ideal for couples or adults only. The service and food are outstanding. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our daily walks along the shore each day.

Nice hotel located on a quieter part of Grace Bay beach. My husband and I stayed at this hotel from August 17th to August 24th and we had a pleasant experience. We had a pool view cottage suite and it was lovely and quite spacious, complete with a living area and kitchenette and then up a few steps to a bedroom and large bathroom. It was cleaned daily and the bottled water that they replenished daily was a nice touch, not to mention the complimentary bottle of wine, welcome drinks and little tray of cookies when we arrived! Around 6pm every day a cleaning lady would always bring us more fresh towels and bottled water. Very attentive and sweet. The daily complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Maicos (Reception), Chichie (Breakfast Waitress) and Loy (Manager). It was nice chatting with them and hopefully I spelled their names correctly! Access to the beach is very convenient and the stretch of beach at this hotel is stunning! We walked for miles both ways and the turquoise ocean colours you see in Grace Bay are breathtaking! We never had any issues getting sun loungers, an umbrella and towels, it was like having your own private beach every day! The ice bucket and bottles of cold water every day at the beach were also very much appreciated, not to mention the yummy mini cups of ice cream that were distributed on the beach daily. The ocean water was always so clear, wavy and refreshing and we could just sit in there for hours! The pool was nice too but the water in the pool was always quite warm and not always clean. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and other hotels. We never had to take a taxi anywhere other than the day that we went on an excursion. We never tried the food at Grace's Cottage, which is the restaurant that is located on the hotel's property, as we preferred walking into town and discovering different restaurants. Bella Luna, Castaways and The Terrace on Grace Bay Rd are must tries! There is also a grocery store in walking distance from this hotel (Gateway) but be prepared as the prices are expensive because everything is imported. We went there the first night in TCI to get some snacks to keep in our room. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel but if we ever return to TCI, we will probably try another hotel in the same area that has some nightly entertainment and a little more movement. Although we have no complaints, we found this hotel to be a little too quiet for our tastes, especially at night. Very relaxing though and a pleasant stay and check in and check out were a breeze. Thank you TCI, you are one beautiful island and we hope to be back one day!

We loved this resort!! Perfectly relaxing vibe. The rooms are so clean and the beds are so comfortable. It is so nice to have a villa where you enjoy and relax! Everyone from the beach staff, to the pool staff, to the housekeeping staff and everywhere in between! We felt so relaxed and spoiled! Cosmey at the pool is the most wonderful company all day! Locresha and Maica at the front desk were so amazing and attentive. Thank you everyone! We will be back!

Beautiful location, right on the water. Condo was very clean, modern decor. Time spent in the condo occurred on the beautiful veranda soaking watching to sunset. Very spacious. The staff had superb customer service and were very accommodating. Beach staff attentive, helpful, arranged other excursions for us.
