Absolutely Incredible!
My wife and I visit Turks & Caicos annually and always ensure we spend time at The Ritz-Carlton. We had an incredible dinner at BLT Steak and the service was exactly what you expect at the Ritz-Carlton, exceptional! Karine Smith, the Restaurant Supervisor, was friendly, attentive and thoughtful. Before we closed our tab, Karine had learned we just celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary, and surprised us with a beautiful dessert that had a chocolate note, "happy anniversary"!. The staff showcased great teamwork and a high level of professionalism. After dinner we went to the casino and played roulette. The engergy was high and we had a great time. Kudos to Karine and the team here, can't wait to see you again soon. Sincerely, Josh & Sandia.

A luxurious way to unwind
We had a great stay at the Ritz Carlton. When I tell you top tier customer service??? Everyone greeted us with a smile from Davainne at the door, MJ at the pool, the water sports attendant at the pool and Rose with all the amazing suggestions at the bar. Everyone’s level of attentiveness made our experience so luxurious.

Our vacation started off a bit slow as the check-in process took longer than expected. However, one of the bellmen armstelly sorry I might spell his name wrong, but he stated he went by telly. He made all the difference with his warm attitude and helpfulness. He checked in to see if everything was alright, offered us rum punches, and brought our bags to the room. He recommended we try Grouper’s, which turned out to be one of the best meals we’ve ever had a 10/10 experience. We saw Telly often during our stay, and his friendly energy always made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to say goodbye, but his outstanding hospitality left a lasting impression. Not only that the staff overall were incredibly attentive, always greeting us warmly and asking how we were doing. The rooms were beautifully designed, the shower was 10/10, and breakfast each morning was delicious. The beach, with its crystal-clear waters and soft sand, was simply stunning. This trip was truly memorable, and we can’t wait to return!

Best place ever casa nonna is the best so much hospitality best service!!mayank and his team mc lando always makes us feel at home and even better with the best drinks that spike up your night!!!! We had a blast! We come here every year and every time we are so positively impressed!!! Every time we have the best time the best food the best drinks the best drinks!!! The vibe is always on point!!!!! Thank you for all of this fun and akways makes us feel at home Paradise on earth !!! Really !!! What can you ask for more in life!!!

What an awesome vacation. From stepping foot on the Ritz Carlton campus, Lewvende, helped my family and I with your bags, etc. He has exceptional customer service; he went above and beyond. The hotel is amazing and I will continue to come here when vacationing here
