A perfect work/play escape
Latoya at the Coralli restaurant is amazing and will make your trip so special! We looked forward to having breakfast with her each day. She loaded my husband Jeff up with his favorite gluten free toast without even asking. Our room was quiet and clean. We had the best oceanfront views. Service was on time and top notch! Overall, this hotel is gorgeous and a perfect retreat. The staff are so kind and welcoming. You’ll feel right at home. The beach has a protected roped off area so you can enjoy the waves worry-free. The pools are quiet and have plenty of seating in the sun and shade. We dined at each restaurant and found plenty of interesting and delicious gluten free options. Would have loved a variety of gluten free desserts like cookies or cakes instead of the usual pudding and ice cream. I think restaurants expect us to clap with glee when they offer us gluten free people sorbet, ice cream, panna cotta, creme brulee or flourless chocolate cake but literally every restaurant on the planet only offers those same tired things. I would be blown away with a cookie. We did have a hiccup with the spa but are certain the hotel management will address it and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Great experience
The experience was great from start to finish. Restaurants on premise are good and casino is just enough. Hotel is central located on the island with everything within 15 minutes. Whitfield the bartender in the lobby is great and friendly.

Too hot at lobby bar
Lobby sushi bar is EXTREMELY HOT. There are NO fans and it's outdoors. Please at least put some fans. The food is great and so is the service. The bar tenders are excellent.. but I was drenched in sweat the entire ri.e with no way of cooling down. You can get a heat stroke!

Favorite vacation ever!
From the beginning to the end, this was definitely a five star experience! Everyone from the GM, Wilbert to the concierge made us feel right at home and made this our favorite vacation ever! The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the room was fantastic. Thank you so much to the staff! We will be back.

Simply the Best!
Our Club Lounge check-in was a ritual in class! Greeted by the local rum punch at the lobby then ushered in the Club Lounge for the check-in not at the front desk. Our Junior Suite was ready when arrived 2 hours ahead of check-in time. Grace bay beach is among the best in the world and it greets us through our balcony every morning! The staff are all helpful and cheerful. While we know what we are getting when we stay at the Ritz, it is the people that makes the difference! The Club Lounge Team: Wildley, Sirhan, Cris, Ritchie, Yierly and ladies there! Other staff: Mark Pagas, Marty, O’neil. Darling, Sammy and Julius (BLT), Randy (Casa Nonna).
