Cannot say enough about how lovely this resort was. I was a bit concerned when reading some of the reviews of this hotel on Tripadvisor. Now having spent 4 nights at the Ritz Carlton Turks & Caicos I'm not sure what hotel these people were staying at? We arrived very early having come from the morning flight from South Caicos to Provo. The bellmen and valets greeted us kindly and I was handed a rum punch the moment we walked in with the family feeling slightly frazzled. There was a manager standing in the lobby who greeted us and steered us right to a seat at the front desks (sounds like a small thing, but sitting when you check in makes a big difference, so does a cold drink). They found our reservation quickly and within minutes we were ESCORTED (not directed) by a manger to the lovely club lounge on the 9th floor. Once in the lounge we were met by the concierge and the kids quickly descended on the lovely lunch buffet that was being put out. Despite being somewhat of a "lounge snob" I was pretty much blown away by how nice the lounge was. Not huge, but well decorated, quiet, and with a lovely patio. The concierge quickly got our restaurant reservations sorted despite the fact that with it being spring break we should have done them weeks before. We waited and had lunch from an amazing spread in the lounge. The food was at least 25% nicer than I have had in other ritz club lounges. I also appreciated the fact that there was an open self service bar above the food displays. Another huge bonus in this lounge was that they put out at least two well crafted desserts for both lunch and dinner time. These were beautiful and delicious little servings. There was also a fridge with both beer, wine, and soft drinks (although strangely no diet drinks) although I learned on my last day that you could simply ask for one and they would make it appear. Whoever is hiring and training for the club room staff is obviously well versed in the Ritz service model. I'm embarrased that I didn't write down their names because they all deserve recognition. These lovely folks really get it. They were quietly efficient, friendly, but also unobtrusive at the same time which is something that only comes with experience and training. Even the concierge (Wildley) who said he was new, acted like a Ritz Veteran. After a few hours of waiting we were given keys to our rooms and our bags were already there by the time we made it down one floor from the club room. The standard ocean front room was beautiful, and seemed much larger than a similar class of room at the Ritz in Grand Cayman. There was a lot of storage space, and the bathroom was well equipped. We're also a little nuts about bedding in our family and the duvets and pillows were very luxurious and comfortable which made everybody happy. Our room was upgraded to a suite which is funny because the room was in my wife's name and she has no status, while I normally consider my Marriot status a joke because I never get upgrades especially at Ritz properties which we stay at quite frequently. The suite had us blown away, simply huge and lovely. It was well furnished and very roomy. The bathroom was also a show stopper. We now understand why the staff looked at us when we asked if there would be room for a rollaway bed because we could have put 20 of them in there. The location right on Grace bay cannot be beat, the water is breathtaking every time you look out the window. We didn't use the pools, but also didn't see any of the overcrowding some people have mentioned. the hotel was nearly full and there were still chairs available if we wanted to sit there. We also appreciate that the hotel had dispensors of sunscreen available seemingly everywhere which is a big plus. The staff at the pool was attentive depsite being very busy. They were friendly and funny as well. We were able to get served in no time and the food and drinks at the beach were as good or better than any other Ritz resort we've been to. Truffles fries and Caesar wrap were exceptionally good. Overall this is a really wonderfully run hotel that gets what it means to be a Ritz Carlton. Management was all around and readily available. We were greeted every time we returned, and all of our requests were attended to really quickly despite the crowds. The lobby was a lovely place to sit and people watch, I'm just sorry we didn't get to have sushi at the sushi bar. Thankfully, my wife and I are already planning our return without the kids. That does bring up another thing. I've seen some reviews say there are too many children there for a luxury resort. We didn't find that to be the case at all, despite it being spring break. Overall this was a great visit, I'm sorry we just didn't stay longer. Cannot wait to come back this fall.

I visited the Ritz Carlton in Provo with my family of 4, and let’s just say we will definitely be going back. We had a suite and they upgraded us to basically a house, we were so shocked we thought it was joke because of how large it was. We also got access to the club lounge and they had the best food I think I have ever had. Every single meal was incredible. We also visited the beach which was huge and also had catering so you can eat/drink at the beach. Also, we ate the first night at I believe Nona’s Kitchen. An italian restaurant with homemade pasta , I don’t think I have ever wanted another bowl of pasta so fast. Genuinely the best and most authentic dish I have ever had (spaghetti pomodoro) Overall, I was so impressed by everything here. From the kindness of the staff to the food to the room I was so pleased!!

Traveled to T&C for the 2nd time and stayed at The Ritz Carlton with my husband. We had a wonderful time. Our room was a Club Oceanfront King Deluxe Guest room. Check-in at the Club Lounge on the 9th floor with Nadia, a Club Concierge, was seamless, and although our room wasn’t quite ready, we were able to eat lunch, change, and leave our luggage. The room was perfect for the two of us, and we loved having room service from the Club Lounge every morning. Wenderson, one of the club attendants, arrived with a friendly greeting, a carafe of delicious coffee, fruit, and pastries. The Club Lounge itself is a great space with patio tables overlooking the ocean and resort, and the patio is where we enjoyed almost every meal we ate there. We appreciated that the Club Lounge floor rooms are all just down the hall from the lounge itself. Having stayed at Ritz Carlton Cayman last year, you have to walk quite far to get to the lounge, so this was a bonus. One day, we returned to our room to find the Club Lounge team had left me (and us) a wonderful birthday surprise. We loved our Ritz Carlton branded ball caps and a pretty insulated cup for me, along with chilled champagne, a delicious treat, and a lovely note from the whole team. They all go out of their way to make your stay special. We ate most breakfasts and lunches in the lounge, and the food was always very good. They always had hot and cold food options and delicious desserts. We often refilled our travel cups with a drink to take down to the beach, and there was a fridge with soft drinks and beer always available. So, a big thank you to the whole team, our concierge, Sarhan, Nadia, Cris, and Wildley, as well as the attendants Carolina, Yeiry, & Janiel. A special thanks to attendant Wenderson, who really stood out as he served us every day we were there and also brought our room service each morning. We ate dinner at Noori (sushi) the first night, and it was a lovely meal with great service. We also ate dinner at the steakhouse, BLT, on our last night. We had a reservation for 8 pm, we asked to be seated outside and had to wait 45 minutes. We sat at the bar and ordered wine while we waited, but by the time we were outside, it seemed late, and we were the only ones there for most of our meal. The servers were great, but my filet mignon was a little tough, and for those prices, I expected better. My husband did enjoy his meal. Beach service to set you up each day is very efficient. The service for food and drinks our first few days was great, but we both noticed as the weekend approached and more “resident” guests arrived, we had a hard time getting anyone's attention. We ended up setting up on the other side of the beach (closer to the Italian restaurant) for the last few days and thought the service was better. After dinner almost every night, we would hang out at the Lobby Lounge bar where they had live music. We met and talked to lots of lovely guests. It was a fun atmosphere. The service at the bar was great. The water sports team were excellent. We took the Hobiecat out twice and really enjoyed sailing across the beautiful blue water. We booked the Lady Grace Catamaran snorkel catamaran tour through the Club, and that was a wonderful day that we can highly recommend to everyone. Grace Bay beach is absolutely one of the best beaches in the Caribbean and The Ritz Carlton did not disappoint.

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos from December 4th to December 9th, 2024, to celebrate two milestone birthdays—my mother’s 70th and my sister’s 50th. Unfortunately, our experience was far from the luxury and service we expected from the Ritz-Carlton brand. From the start, there were multiple service failures that made our stay frustrating rather than celebratory. Upon arrival, our pre-arranged car service was missing, leaving us stranded at the airport. Despite notifying the hotel in advance about our special occasion, there was no acknowledgment of the birthdays at check-in or throughout our stay. Our room was not properly prepared for three guests, requiring multiple requests for basics like robes, slippers, and water. Housekeeping was subpar—the room was never vacuumed, the carpet had stains, and a painting was missing from the wall upon arrival. Dining was another disappointment, with undercooked pancakes, burnt bacon, and greasy poolside meals, all served with lackluster service. The spa experience was equally frustrating, with misleading billing that resulted in overcharges. Perhaps the most disheartening part was the inconsistent service. While the weekend staff was more attentive, the weekday team was noticeably indifferent. Even after raising concerns with management, the response was minimal and failed to adequately address the issues. We have stayed at multiple Ritz-Carlton properties and expect a high level of hospitality, but this location did not live up to the brand’s reputation. Sadly, it felt more like an average resort rather than a five-star luxury experience. For the price and prestige of the Ritz-Carlton name, we expected far better. We won’t be returning to this location and cannot recommend it.
