Eden Roc Cap Cana

Keeping kosher while traveling can be challenging. I chose Eden Roc based off a comment from a neighbor that they had stayed there and the food was good. They massively undersold the experience that is Eden Roc, including their kosher restaurant. This review is going to be long. Get ready. Clara, who leads the team at Eden Roc’s kosher restaurant, along with the mashgiahs Chaya and Allen, provide impeccable service. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were provided with all the information on the standards of kashrut that we could have asked before we asked! We were offered a tour of the kitchen, encouraged to ask questions, and make any request that would make us more comfortable. It’s not an exaggeration to say we were speechless. We literally sat there stunned. This continued until the moment we left. Chaya wanted to know if we would need food to eat on the plane and would we like her to make us something? It was the level of care I’d get from family. Having high standards of kashrut that my rabbi would approve of would have been enough. But to feel that the staff cared and recognized how important this was to us regardless of who they are and their role on the team, it’s an amazing feeling. The seamless dining experience combined with the absolute luxury that is Eden Roc, anyone can see why this is the number one hotel in the Caribbean. The staff anticipate your every need. The villas are stunning and luxurious. Every team member is warm, kind, and gives the most personal and perfect service I could have ever asked for. Eden Roc is just perfection. Every moment of my trip was perfection from start to finish. Much love to Clara, Chaya, Allen, Adonis, and Mia! It was an unforgettable trip!

We ended up in Cap Cana as a rebound option after hearing bad weather news in Mexico. but we actually realized how this should have ben TOP of our list! we are actually writing this review while our trip is still going. lets start from the top: We are kosher traveler so have a few requirements/ wish list before choosing a 5 star resort. 1) Kosher meals / Kosher kitchen A) Eden Roc has met this with flying colors. breakfast lunch and dinner. Kosher kitchen supervised by Chaya and her Husband who addresses all our questions and concern with grace. clara the restaurant manager was very well versed in the kosher dietey laws and customs. was a pleasure dealing with. food was nothing short of amazing. 2)Service was impeccable. we had a whatsapp concierge to all our needs basically "Whatever , Whenever" All in all 5 STAR RESORT WITH PRIVATE VILLAS KOSHER FRIENDLY AMAZING TOP TO BOTTOM SERVICE We will definitely be coming back!

All the rave reviews are true! The pictures online do not do justice to the beauty of the resort. A car was waiting at the airport to bring us to the resort. Promptly greeted with hospitality like nothing we've experienced before. We were blown away by the elegance of the resort. We enjoyed all the amenities, and were so thrilled with our stay. The staff is top-notch, and provided excellent service. Champagne and a welcome cake awaited us in our room which was a one bedroom suite on the beach. We loved the proximity to everything! Our personal concierge for our stay was Esther, and we couldn’t have been more happy. She did a wonderful job of helping us to settle in right away, and she made sure to check in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We had so many questions about the hotel, the resort, and even about Cap Cana as a whole. Esther was always there with an answer on WhatsApp, and she truly made us feel taken care of. We were so grateful to be in such good hands. We'd love to thank Warren and team for making our dining perfect at La Palapa. He provided outstanding service every time. The grilled seafood dish was definitely worth trying out. It comes out sizzling on a grate, which made it look phenomenal. The beach was beautiful as well. There was nothing you could ask for that they didn't have, down to having a server waiting on you with drinks, umbrellas, and towels. The Beach Club Bar with Jendry, Teo and crew were one of the highlights of our 7 night stay. All such genuinely great people to talk with. And yes we met Hector who seems to be mentioned in all prior reviews and deservedly so. Mediterraneo restaurant was worthy of a second visit. The restaurant design was gorgeous, the service was exceptional, and the people who served us were Adoinis, Suele, and their team. Plus, we knew we had to come back again once I saw the veal chop milanese being served tableside. The restaurant was a golf cart ride across at the Villas side of the resort. Willie, our driver, was the best, always waiting for us with a warm smile and lots of laughter!!! The breakfast at Blue each day was unbelievable. Offered was a full buffet with every option imaginable plus a full menu to order from. Esmerelda, Elisabeth and Cara were such joys to see each day at breakfast. We spent time at the spa on a rainy day. The staff is very professional, and we loved the deep tissue massages. The trip was planned as a birthday surprise for my husband with golf and lots of relaxation. There were many Happy Birthday songs throughout our trip with cake and fire crackers! The one exception of our trip was he had an ankle injury prior to leaving and was in an orthopedic boot. No golf for us but we were able to ride out through the golf course and have a delicious lunch at Hoyo 19 overlooking the ocean. We will be back to golf for sure. I know the review is long but I really want to convey the extraordinary level of service of each staff member and the beauty of the resort. It definitely deserves all the awards and accolades it receives. Can't wait to go back!

This was my second time visiting the Dominican Republic this year so I wanted to make this trip a memorable one. Before visiting I saw that Eden Roc was one of the top hotels to stay in the country and I can proudly say that it did not disappoint. Friendly staff on a beautiful ocean front property are all I could ask for. I would also like to give a special thank you to Milton at Blue Restaurant for the superb hospitality and service. Lovely time on our family vacation! Carlos our personal concierge was so attentive to our family’s needs. From reservations, to diapers, to upgraded accommodations , Carlos was our family’s point person for the duration of the trip! He truly created a tailor made experience and helped make the trip go so smoothly! Highly recommend!
