A wonderful and relaxing vacation
I "popped down" for a 4 day stay for my birthday. It was the "off season" but the only way I knew this was because the resort was quiet! I loved it! I had any amenity I desired available. The food was excellent! Service was great and my room was quiet and clean! I would love to return again.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing! Angelo took care of us and recommended more things for us to do while we are here. If you able, you should go to Prime steakhouse at the Hyatt! You will not be disappointed; the bread pudding is to die for!!!

Great Hotel
I stayed on thia beautiful reserve when it was the Gran Melia and now that its a Hyatt I see the changes from 12 yrs ago. The staff is amazing especially Valentine.My main issue was we didnt know it was a buffet. My spouse and I had a bowl of cream of wheat and was charged $72.00. No where was the price anywhere. Its sad cause if we knew i would had ate more or just went elsewhere. That was unfair for us! Besides that the drinks at the bar was great.

Don't bother.
Expensive and equally as bad food. Incredibly distasteful services like amenities opening after 10 am. Kayak before you check out? Nope. No shuttled anywhere even though you're 50 min from town, nothing offered to airport.... incredibly dissapointed. Wouldn't stay again.

Wonderful Long Weekend Getaway
The entire staff at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve was wonderful! Gregory in the Market was incredibly kind and hospitable! The hotel team was so wonderful and made us feel at home. We hope we can return to this beautiful resort very soon! Thank you!
