Soralice is simply amazing!!! Made our breakfast experience a memorable one in a very good way. Kind, attentive and sweet! Want to take her home with me! Diana & Sonny served us at Nori and they were ABOVE AND BEYOND hospitable! I was feeling sick prior to arrival, but they accommodated my needs flawlessly. We also had a large party which they handled with grace and ease. Lovely people and extremely professional. They made Nori by far the best restaurant experience of the whole resort (which in my opinion also served the best prepared food from all the restaurants as well). Thanks again for making our stay such a pleasure!

Comfiest beds, Nori restaurant is delicious and the lady taking the reservations was really nice! All the employees (from restaurants, front desk, bartenders to cart drivers) were really friendly Overall an awesome stay, will definetly be back

Stunning resort near the Yunque Rain forest!
Upon arrival at the resort, it was immediately evident that the location was exceptional. The expansive pools and swim-up bar added to the luxurious atmosphere. The rooms were not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The drinks, albeit expensive, were of high quality, and the food was delicious, especially at Nectar Rest and the breakfast buffer at Water Edge was amazing. The resort itself was stunning, with well-maintained grounds and ample space. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Excelente: Check-in Sand Trap Lunch Water Edge Breakfast Housekeeping Service Poor transportation: Raining hard, there were 4 of us in the rain. Several golf cars passed by and did not stop to pica up us. I did not receive help to raise and lower my suitcase and their speed was excessive.
