Ricardo is honestly the best bartender. Decent drink that doesn’t water down. Great recommendations on the drink. We all love it so much. Encourage anyone having their vacations in Peruto Rico to come and enjoy yourself. Highly recommended!

Food Experience at the BAR
Ricardo Almo was amazing very polite kind and honest . The atmosphere was calm and very serene and beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The bar was a very comforting environment and the food was amazing and the service was very courteous.

Great family time at the Hyatt Grand Reserve!
My family had not just a great time but the best of times at the Hyatt Grand Reserve. Each day we could enjoy the beach and pool right outside of our Bungalow. Each night it was time to unwind at the Main Lobby bar with our favorite bartender Ricardo! There is also a beautiful golf course near the resort! We will be back again.

Ricardo was the best. Very friendly and great customer experience. The food and drink were excellent and not overly expensive. The best drinks are at the lobby bar. The best restaurant was Asian Fusion. Beautiful beach area and biggest pool in PR.

Total relaxation
This resort was a dream. From the moment we arrived to our checkout, we were completely relaxed and felt catered by the wonderful staff. There were always plenty of pool and beach chairs available, the facilities were spotless, and the staff were welcoming. We really could not ask for much more, it was an incredible week escaping the cold and spending it in paradise.
