Our waitress poolside Jailene Mendez was fabulous Friday and Saturday when we had her. She was on top of everything with fourteen people. Knew our drinks after a few times and kept them coming. I’d ask for her again when we visit again. Thank you

Overall, I felt the resort was well kept and clean, and the rooms were well appointed. The customer service is definitely lacking in a couple areas at this claimed 5 start resort front desk and concierge mainly, but Ramon Gonzalez waited on us by the pool Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. He was attentive, friendly, and just an all around great server. He more than made up for the lack of caring from he’s colleagues in other areas of the resort. Food is the worst part. I ate at three of their onsite restaurants nectar, prime 975, their habacci. Not one meal was acceptable from food quality or service standpoint but make sure you get reservations days in advance bc they’re all booked. Breakfast also has limited options either the buffet or market or coffee shop both of the later actually have more eatable microwaved food. Typically I don’t expect much from food at a resort, but being so far away from San Juan, mean your a 45min drive(no traffic) to other options.

The place is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the rooms were great. Only problem is that they are understaffed. Food at the food truck was 10 out of 10. Breakfast good. Only ate at the Hibachi resturant and the show was great, but the food was mid. Still would go back tomorrow.

The resort is tranquil and beautiful. Carlos Sanchez by the regency pool bar and Jonathan at the lobby bar were very polite, attentive and respectful. I had great conversations and service from both gentlemen. Piña Colada from Carlos is the best! Paloma from Jonathan is amazing. Look out for them at Hyatt regency :)

Stevie was a great help with our cabana. Very knowledgeable and friendly. All the guys were very helpful and accommodating. The whole resort is beautiful. Hope to come back soon and enjoy this beautiful place. Plenty of sun, food and fun to be had.
