Kids Club was amazing, especially Nanette Rodriguez!! She entertained the kids all day and was so kind and compassionate to my kids!! The pool here is the largest pool I’ve ever seen with these beds in the water to lounge on. Plus the beach is so beautiful and not crowded at all. Beautiful sunsets!!

Nanette Rodriguez is so excellent with kids! She is very attentive, helpful and makes everyone feel very welcomed. She answers every question with a smile, extremely patient and friendly! As soon as my daughter meet her in the kids center, she gravitated towards Ms. Rodriguez with ease and no issues!

My husband and I spent a week here for our babymoon, and it was wonderful! The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, especially bellhop Gabriel Johnson. They offer golf cart chauffeuring around the resort, which at 7 months pregnant was REALLY helpful. Some days I woke up ready for a 6-or-so minute walk to the main lobby, but others I needed a ride. The "bungalow" we stayed in was right next to the smaller pool, which meant it was far enough from the main area to give us some quiet and calm. It was also just steps away from the beautiful beach. We never had trouble getting beach chairs or places to lounge at the pool. We ate most of our meals at the restaurants on the reserve, and we especially enjoyed Nectar. We also enjoyed a couples massage at the spa, with mine tailored to my needs as a pregnant person. One piece of advice: book massage services and restaurant reservations in advance, as they fill up quickly. I would also recommend buying groceries before heading to the resort if you get the chance. We stopped at a SuperMax the day we visited Old San Juan (taking an Uber each way) to pick up snacks. They have plenty at the Market and the resort store, but there is a huge price markup (understandably). We did not rent a car.

Throughout our week at the Hyatt Grand Reserve, we had the blessing of encountering a superb server, Jeremy Bonilla. He was the perfect balance of anticipating our needs and giving us privacy. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Our waitress poolside Jailene Mendez was fabulous Friday and Saturday when we had her. She was on top of everything with fourteen people. Knew our drinks after a few times and kept them coming. I’d ask for her again when we visit again. Thank you
