What an absolutely amazing stay at the St. Regis Bahia Beach! My boyfriend and I spent 4 wonderful nights at this five star resort. From the staff to the beautiful views I stayed on a vacation high for days after we got back. I travel very often and by far this resort is in the top of my list. I can’t wait to try other St. Regis Resorts!

We arrived a day before tropical storm Ernesto was due to hit the island, I have to say, the staff went above and beyond before, during, and after the storm to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious. They provided games to bring back to our rooms when the storm was active to keep the kids occupied. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and so loving to both of my children. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, even when trees were taken down by the storm, they were out the following morning to clean up. One of the best features is the room is so silent; you hear absolutely no outside noise when in your room. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back.

The property is gorgeous, our suites were palatial, and the butler service was top notch. The best part of our stay was the attentiveness of the butlers who drove us to the boathouse and tennis courts,, brought us coffee, and took care of other items for a lovely stay. Regrettably, for what we were spending, our stay wasn’t perfect. The pools were under maintenance our entire stay of four days and three nights. We had use of the pool at the Bahia Beach Club, but that required a ride on to the golf cart or bikes to a pool that was quite small. The worst part about our stay was the food. We ran out of options on our second day. The bar food was decent, but I would skip dinner at Paros, which was $700 (for 6 people, one beer, one appetizer, and 5 entrees) of mediocre food. Food and service at the Seagrapes weren’t much better. For example, they ran out of ketchup and coconut water by 1pm when we sat down for lunch of (soggy) burgers and fries. Given that it’s a coconut plantation, I was surprised they had ran out of coconut water too. The restaurant was 30% full. We chose to stay here knowing the food was going to be a let-down, and it sure was. In fact, it’s abominable considering we were spending $1,200 for three meals a day for a family of 2 adults and 4 children. Because food is such a big part of our experience, I probably won’t come back.

We just got back from an amazing three-day stay at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. We've traveled to many places, including several trips to Puerto Rico, but this resort truly stands out as the one of the best we've ever experienced. Every single staff member went out of their way to make us feel special. Little touches, like the valet offering us water for the road or the breakfast team remembering our names, made us feel right at home. When we asked the butler to help with our bags, they didn’t just bring them down—they offered to load them straight into our car. We were so pampered during our stay that leaving was the hardest part. Sure, the hotel might be smaller than the Hyatt nearby, but I would choose the St. Regis again without hesitation. Whoever is in charge of training the staff deserves a huge round of applause. They’ve made this place unforgettable for us. For anyone planning a visit, I highly recommend renting a car. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore, and having a car makes it easy to get around. The resort does have a pickleball court set up on the basketball court, but I think this is one area where there's room for improvement. A dedicated pickleball court with the option for lessons from a pickleball pro would be a wonderful addition.

We stayed at the St. Regis Bahia beach for the third time this past July 4th weekend for 6 days. It was an amazing and relaxing vacation. The resort grounds are beautiful and so picturesque. Everyting from biking, kayaking, to nature trails are included. You do not need to leave the resort unless looking for other dining options. Amazing turn down service done by Edwin. We even got a free bottle of Kosher wine from the Resort Manager Santiago who is the nicest man. They are happy when you are happy. We are kosher and they provided us with paper and plastic utensils at the breakfast which was included as we are Platinum Bonvoy members. We did not get an upgrade or 4:00pm checkout though but the points we used were defiently a great for your buck. The hotel was full over the holiday weekend but it never felt like it was. Its a 35 mn Uber ride from the airport costing about $45. Once at the hotel you are limited to their food options, but they do have a real refrigerator in the room to hold the mini bar that costs$. We moved the drinks aside and stored our own food and drinks and they even provided us a real mini-fridge that gave us more room to store our kosher food. There is a great super market, Ralphs, 8 minues from the hotel for a $10 uber ride. There we got drinks and food of which they have a lot of kosher food options to buy. The resort provided us with so many things to do and see that we actually never left the grounds except to goto the grocery store. The rooms are great as are the views of the garden/jungle and beach. The ocean was warm and the sand and ocean walks are great. We don't golf but the course looks great. The homes that are being built add to the beauty and opulence of the area. You won't be disappointed. We are planning to go back soon.
