Awesome time in PR
First time in Puerto Rico. Met Joel at the hotel as an employee of the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar. Awesome activities director and rainforest tour guide. Highly recommend checking out the rainforest. Had a great experience learning to play Pickle Ball at the resort.

Wonderful time with an exception.
The resort is beautiful and service was great. The only sour experience came when me and my wife attended a 2 hour session that was encouraged when we checked in. After the 2 hour session that started off In a professional manner, end with the person conducting the session becoming rude and totally unprofessional when we did not agree to sign a contract. He then sent us over to a person that conducts a survey, when after the second question terminated the survey because I did not answer questions to her satisfaction. Why conduct a survey? Other than this 2 hour ordeal we had a great time enjoying the resort. Restaurant food was delicious.

This weekend I visited the Margaritaville resort with my family and was very pleased to meet Joel from recreation. Through his constant help and positive attitude, he significantly improved our overall experience throughout this stay. Although there were some inconveniences with the hotel overall, Joel made our stay noticeably better.

Wonderful and Relaxing!!
Only been here for a day, and so far everyone and everything has been Amazing!! The Breakfast (my Omelette) buffet was Excellent!! The grounds are well kept and Beautiful!! Helpful Staff!! Everyone is so Nice!! The Amazing view from our room is simply breath taking!! So far so Good!!

60th Birthday Celebration
Joel’s service was phenomenal he did not let us want for anything. We needed chairs and a table he was excellent his service definitely deserves recognition. He made the birthday celebration great can’t remember the words but he told us how to say have lots of wealth and health and a long prosperous life.
