This private beach is peacefully amazing as well as serene.. My husband and myself would fall alsleep for hours. If you are in search of the perfect beach vacation destination , absolute PEACE & a reset button this is definitely your place to stay!! Super peaceful, super clean, the lunch served @the restaurant located on the beach is exceptional. Thank you to the wonderful and attentive staff that made my 50th birthday unforgettable ❤️

A truly beautiful resort with spacious elegant rooms. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We came 3 years ago and had an amazing experience which I commented on at that time…5 star for sure! This time, quite disappointed. Likely would not return. 1- Check in was a disaster. We reserved a marina view, we were offered a garden view initially. Justinian finally rectified the problem and we got what we had reserved and the contracted VIP upgrade (> 48 hours after check in.) We had never unpacked in anticipation of the correction. Note: on the Hotel website, many rooms at all levels were available for our entire stay. 2- We booked the upgrade from breakfast only to all inclusive (+$175 pp/day). To our great surprise, the beach club and Callaloo restaurants had no included beef options aside from hamburgers. It was mainly seafood, and few chicken options. Jerk chicken (not on the menu) was made available upon request. Available for additional fee: shrimp on salad/ pasta $16; Filet mignon $59; my daughter does not eat seafood, they did agree to include Sirloin steak as a favor. Sadly, this was dry and bland. Overall, what they did offer was generally well presented and tasty. The duration of each meal even for basic (salad/main dish/dessert) was unusually long ( between 1 1/2 to 2 hours). Breakfast buffet was very good but fruit options/ quality were disappointing. 3- I would like to highlight the amazing staff at the restaurants however. Almost all were very professional, friendly, and truly went above to give the guests a wonderful experience: Thank you Kerisa, Monique, Jaclyn, Wilbert, and Sherika. To the beautiful Sharlem, it was so great to see you again. You welcomed us back like old friends. ❤️ 4- New restaurant SURU. Beautiful Asian restaurant with wonderful staff. Thank you Kayla, Kamal, and especially Junior. This was the only restaurant with AC. There was a beef option included here (Coulotte) but strangely it was inconsistent and at least twice the dish was returned. Here, selection of wine so limited- no sweet ones, not even white Zinfandel was included. 5- Excellent transport staff (especially Noe) that readily and pleasantly made it easy to navigate the large resort. 6- Housekeeping was good and toiletries offered were good quality and abundant. 7- Room service. Included (with $10 delivery fee) was easy and efficient. 8- Beach was beautiful and calm. Sand amazing. Non-motorized options were included and were in good condition. Again, staff was amazing.

This resort was an amazing escape and experience for our family! We travelled with our 8 month old daughter and the entire staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! We cannot even start to express how amazing Maverick, Kezia, and Greg were as butlers. Each of the butlers made our stay the most amazing travel experience we have ever had. Maverick and Kezia even got to form a special little bond with our daughter. It was our first international trip with our baby and they made it perfect. If you are a family traveling to St Lucia, STAY AT The Landings Resort! If you are a couple, or individual STAT AT The Landings! Resort!

Recently spent 2 idyllic weeks at The Landings, St Lucia. The staff, hotel and facilities are absolutely spot on. We enjoyed every second of every day and were treated like royalty. I Would recommend this resort to anyone. What a fabulous place to stay.

We booked a 9 days family holiday here at the Landing . Upon arrival we received a good welcome drink and service where she proceeded by taking us to our room . Our room was beautiful however the AC was faulty meaning we had an amazing time with mosquitoes after 2 days in decided to inform the front office who relocated us to another room and as an apology we received a fruit plates and cookies Our room was cleaned every day and everything was fine until today ! When we were leaving 2 cleaning ladies and a young man turn up to clean our room however as we were leaving for breakfast we decided to ask them to comeback when we will be in the breakfast room . Once we got back from breakfast our room was cleaned and SURPRISINGLY MONEY WENT MISSING FROM MY WALLET ALL USD, CAD , EUROS I then proceeded by calling the front office to speak to the GM or the front office manager who then claimed they’re not available that security will give me a call back right ways , 40 min later i get a call back from Security who came to take a statement. Breakfast was nice however Lunch & Dinner was not tasty so please don’t go full board Due to the circumstances of thefts in the resorts i don’t think i will be coming back . You go to a hotel to feel safe and not for their staffs to steal from you . Having travelled extensively this is my first time in a so called 5* start property a member of their staffs steals from me .
