Hotel Hassler

The service is excellent .Very professional and friendly staff . Everybody who is part of the staff do their utmost to make you feel “ at home “ Also the restaurant is very good . We did not try Imago’ . We have been going to the Hassler yearly since 2 decades and it has never let us down

The Hassler hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms we had were connecting so we could still be together. Very well appointed and clean. The staff (front desk, breakfast, doorman) were so nice. The location is walkable although far from a few things where we needed to take a taxi. My only complaint were the pillows. They were just way too soft. Otherwise absolutely everything was incredible. We will be back when we visit Rome again.

There are so many superlatives about our 2 week stay in our lovely, quiet suite. The staff - from reception to housekeeping - was uniformly excellent and kind. Fresh flowers, replenished fruit tray, delicious chocolates and other thoughtful touches made our stay especially pleasant. We felt well taken care of (because we were) and can't say enough about this gracious, family-owned and historic hotel. Everything is so beautifully maintained and it all sits on the best location in Rome.

Myself and my friend had afternoon tea at The Hassler although we were not staying at the hotel we were treated like any other guest. We booked on the Monday for the next day and when we arrived the next day we were greeted with lovely to see you both again how nice. I’m vegetarian and my friend has a nut intolerance and they accommodated us both brilliantly. The food was presented beautifully we had a tea timer so we didn’t have to guess how long to leave our tea. The food all tasted amazing and there was far more than enough. Having recently had afternoon tea in a top hotel in London this was nearly half the price and then quality just as good. Afterwards we went to the roof terrace for cocktails what a spectacular view don’t miss it I’ll definitely be back on my next visit for definite the staff were all brilliant and the surroundings amazing.

Popped in for a coffee in the morning, as we had seen the hotel on the TV programme - Amazing Hotels, and husband had this at the top of his wish list. Wow! Fab service, coffee, hot chocolate amazing. We weren't expecting the nibbles, and they were amazing! If we ever come back to Rome, we might stay the night!
