Set in the heart of Rome at the start of the Via Veneto, Hotel Sina Bernini Bristol has been welcoming guests in grand style since 1870. Recently restored to its original grandeur, it maintains the glorious traditions of the past with an exquisite collection of elegant, European-style guest accommodations. Magnificent lounges filled with antique furnishings offer views over Tritone Fountain, while the Mediterranean and international cuisine served at L'Olimpo restaurant delights the most demanding of gourmands.

Wanted ease of access to the city…. This was it. Easy drive in and everything is walkable from this hotel. Elegant hotel and impeccable staff. Rooftop is a nice place to enjoy a coffee or cocktail. Use the valet parking….expensive $49 euro, but worth it. My car was waiting for me in the morning out front.

Just WOW!! We arrived at 9 in the morning after our cruise thinking our room wouldn't be ready, and we were correct. SO they placed us in a "courtesy room" to freshen up while we waited on our actual room. No hotel has ever provided me with a "courtesy room" before and this was a very nice touch. We decided to grab breakfast in the restaurant and this is where the WOW came in. The view from the rooftop is unbelievable and just stunning! I could have stayed up there forever. The next WOW came once our actual room was ready. Again, that view was just amazing. Our room with a balcony was clean, well appointed with nice toiletries and furnishings. The hotel staff were some of the nicest and friendliest I have encountered anywhere and after just one day at Sina Bernini, we were sad to leave. Sylvia at the front desk continued to keep us posted on our room availability and made arragements to transfer our bags from the courtesy room to our actual room while we were out on a walk. Marco, the door man provided great insight into seeing all of the sights of Rome on foot very easily and efficiently. He also took our bags on arrival for storage and then again, delivered them to our car on departure. Both Sylvia and Marco truly made our time in Sina Bernini exceptional! Next time, we will plan extra days in the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of most major attractions in Rome. The staff are outstanding—attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist. A special thanks to Mr. David and Miss Silvia at the front desk for going above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us. The room was quite small, but that seems to be common among most hotels in Rome. In general, hotels in the city tend to be pricey, and it often feels like you're not quite getting the value you'd expect for the cost.

Very old, internet was not working in the room, coffe machine was not working either. We asked for a change and they changed the room on the 3rd night after my husband get mad.Breakfast should be less but cleaner. There was so much stuff but the saloon was quite smelly and tables, utensils etc was not clean.

Used to be lovely hotel, but now a shadow of its former self. The rooms are good size but facilities in done our poor. Our shower over the bath was so low you couldn’t get underneath it. It also had to be fixed 3 times in a three night stay. The bath looked nice but the plug didn’t work so was useless. The breakfast used to be very high quality ordered to your table in the roof top balcony restaurant. Now it’s a poor buffet in a back room on the eight floor. Stuff constantly runs out, and the range is pretty poor. It’s certainly not five star. Our room in the seventh floor was on the corridor everyone had to walk down to get to breakfast, so we were woken every day. To make matters worse the cleaner decided outside our door was the perfect location to set up her trolleys to do the whole floor! On day two the lift broke down leaving one lift for several floors. Unfortunately despite a great location this place is a shadow of its former self, and not five star in the way they treat you.
