Genuine dedication
Our stay was an enjoyable experience right from our arrival to the hotel where we were warmly greeted and escorted to our room. Everything was taken care of, the room was very clean and tidy and a baby crib was ready. All the staff were really warm and friendly. We felt their genuine dedication to making our stay more delightful.

Beautiful Rome stay
This hotel is beautiful, has great service, and is located centrally. We were fortunate to get upgraded to a suite, and the room was gorgeous. Decor is modern yet comfortable. The breakfast buffet spread had a huge selection, and the rooftop bar is a great place for a pre-dinner drink or nightcap. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful experience!
Stayed here for two nights after flying from NY. Arrived around 11 am after an all-night flight and was SO grateful our room was ready so we could shower and rest a little prior to adventuring out. We had a junior suite that accommodated four of us —two adults and two kids. They had the pullout couch already set up and made up when we arrived which was a nice touch. A bottle of chilled Prosecco, a fruit basket, cookies and chocolates also helped us adjust. Big room for Europe and really big bathroom. I was sorry I didn’t have time to use the soaking tub. Super clean and well maintained property. Really friendly, accommodating staff who were very helpful when we had questions or needed anything. Breakfast buffet was DIVINE! Definitely make sure to add as part of your reservation. Location was also terrific; we were able to walk to/from all the places we wanted to visit, eg Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. Highly recommend!

Exceptional experience
The hotel experience was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The early check-in accommodation was greatly appreciated, as our flight arrived pretty early. The concierge provided invaluable assistance in securing bookings for various sightseeing locations. The cleanliness of the hotel room was impeccable. The hotel's dining options were of high quality. The customer service by every member of the hotel staff was outstanding. I was treated like the only customer. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Rome.

Best choice
We stayed here for our family vacation in Rome. After 20 days travel in Italy, it’s our last stop but we felt like back home in the hotel! Great choose! Central location, nice hotel, and most important is all staff are very friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful and memorable stay.
