Amazing property, great front desk staff
Ish greeted myself and my fiancee as we arrived later than scheduled due to flight issues. Amex benefits were amazing. Ish informed us of those and completely surprised us with a complimentary upgrade. Ish also helped us pick a few restaurants to pick from that were open late, he helped us with our scheduling of events and honestly made us feel like we are at home.

Excellent stay!
Excellent stay, beyond my expectations. We had a room upgrade to a junior suite with a balcony. The breakfast was very good. The people that work there are very helpful with a positive attitude. The hotel is in a good location and if you like to walk, you can visit most of the «must” places in Rome. Marina and the manager arranged a surprise for our wedding anniversary: a bottle of champagne and strawberries with chocolate! Would definitely visit again!

I am a crew member and every month I have layovers in Rome at the NH Giustiniano… I do travel a lot and stay in several different cities and hotels but without a doubt NH Giustiniano makes me feel home more than any other places . The entire staff is extremely friendly professional supportive . Thank you Salvatore,Alessandro,Cheyenne,Marcella,NausicaaI,Michelle,Ishmael,Sergio,Concetta,Martina,Cristina …all the rooms maids,porters,technicians. Looking forward to be there soon

Amazing Team!!
We had a fantastic experience. Michelle and Cheyenne were wonderful on the desk and made the stay a magic experience. Loved it!! They made an extra effort on multiple occasions for us. If you're in Rome, these guys are a fantastic, central option.

Amazing hotel, staff and location! Large clean rooms and fantastic breakfast!
We felt really welcome! The staff went out of their way to fulfil every request we had during our stay. They even organised a birthday cake for our daughter who turned. Thank you all for a fantastic experience! We had a free room upgrade which was also much appreciated! THANK YOU, WE WOULD DEFINITELY LIKE TO VISIT AGAIN!
