NH Collection Roma Giustiniano

It is not the first time (more than 10 years) that we are coming to this hotel ! For us, it is simple the best !! We stay here always for a month or longer and with pleasure ! The reception, the guest relations lady Martina and her team, at breakfast with a very nice maître Mattia and his team, a beautiful bar and restaurant a pleasure to have a drink or dinner there, the housekeeping is also amazing good ! And last but not least the director is very kind. We will come back and with pleasure ! thank you all for making our stay so nice. This hotel is feeling like coming home.

We had a fantastic stay at the NH Giustiniano. The room was perfect with a sitting room as well as a bedroom and it was very stylish and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with so much available from cooked food to cake and the Easter display was beautiful. It was a great location being close to the Vatican but not quite so busy as the city centre.

This NH collection was just average. I would definitely look for a nicer hotel in Rome my next trip. The staff was not friendly, the bed was very uncomfortable, the shower was dangerous to get in and out of, etc. The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast, but even that, you had to get your own coffee and tea. Stay somewhere better for the money.

Formidable service and kindness and very special people. Gym a bit small but overall very good service, nice people and friendly. Great breakfast. We had a jr suite and could have had more furniture. From Costa Rica and this girl is located close to the main activity area

The hotel was fantastic. A great choice for a city break, location was really good and close enough to main sights with transport links really close too. Breakfast was fantastic, and they made my son pancakes every day. Special mention to Mattia, who went over and above every morning at breakfast for us all. The guest relations team gave us some excellent food recommendations, definitely ask when you get there for their advice.
