Stayed here for our anniversary and it was fantastic. We started out with a few problems (I’m assuming caused by the sudden surge of guests due to the popes passing. The manager of the hotel was able to resolve it very quickly and had no issues after that. Lumen was fantastic for breakfast and dinner. The staff was fantastic Hotel: the hotel is well maintained and kept clean. concierge and the front desk were very professional

Most beautiful lobby you'll experience in Rome. This hotel is spectacular. I Loved everything about it except for the dinner. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff made sure we felt extra special and we didn't have to ask for anything. They were so attentive. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. The gym was great and had just enough of the equipment I needed to get a workout in.

So let's just state the obvious, when you stay at the St Regis, you here for luxury and comfort, and the Rome location doesn't disappoint. First, it's an 8 minute walk to the Roma Termini train station which has shopping in case you need some quick grabs. The hotel was wonderfully maintained, one of the best beds I have slept in and has an amazing bathroom. I was upgraded to an Imperial.room.due to status on the top floor with an amazing view. Restaurant was decent, bar and staff amazing, and the service impeccable. The only cons are that it's expensive, and even food/laundry was pricey but to be expected at the Regis. The bathroom because it was black stone has soap film around the sides, which unfortunately is common. Will be back and is my chosen hotel when I come to Roma. Don't forget to try the original elevator, which is super cute and still operating since 1894.

Did a week at the St. Regis Rome, overall a very good stay with great advance communication from Giulio and Mario. The welcome setup in the room was brilliant, with requests for room positioning fulfilled. The breakfast crew was particularly outstanding. Proximity to the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma was the key location-based benefit for this hotel. However, it's a bit of a hike to Villa Borghese, my favorite park in the city, and for many cultural sites the location feels somewhat tertiary. The room was spacious with gloriously high ceilings, and the property clearly benefited from recent renovations. The welcome setup was kindly laid out, and I especially appreciated the inclusion of my favorite cannoli. The butler team included a very kind gift for my niece for her baptism, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The St. Regis Rome has a spectacular lobby, a real showstopper. Breakfast at Lumen was exceptional. The à la carte items and buffet were well-curated, with the breakfast team striking an excellent balance between engagement and allowing a bit of quiet morning space. Chef Christiano's omelets were outstanding, and our conversations about his dogs and ours were a delightful highlight each morning. While the initial communication and welcome were wonderful, a few aspects missed the mark. Door staff, initially quite responsive, became largely unengaged throughout the week. The butler who appeared on arrival never returned with a promised espresso and, unlike the St. Regis Deer Valley, didn't proactively establish a daily coffee/tea delivery routine. The kind gift for my niece mysteriously disappeared (though it was replaced with an apology). Concierge staff indicated an inability to make restaurant reservations, citing credit card guarantee requirements. This was curious, as my family and I have had hotel concierges successfully make reservations at restaurants with similar requirements elsewhere in Rome, Florence, and Venice. The property has some limitations: an anemic gym, tiny spa, and conspicuously absent pool (when I asked where I could find the pool, the man at the spa front desk said, “Elsewhere in Rome,” before returning to his mobile). The Acqua Di Parma Blu Mediterraneo bath products were delightful, and despite some delivery issues, the laundry team managed to clean and press my garments efficiently. Overall, a solid hotel for this specific visit. The staff's pre-stay communication and initial welcome were excellent, and while some rough patches emerged, most team members seemed genuinely committed to elevating hospitality in Rome.

What an amazing hotel. The service was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the hotel itself was beautiful . Got upgraded to a larger room for being Titanium with Marriott and breakfast included. Superb service. They really took care of my partner and I throughout our stay. The location was great too as we were able to walk to many of the sites. 10/10
